Few important things I like about this product:This silicone roasting rack is made from 100% food grade silicone and it's been approved by the FDA.Length is 7"x10.8", width 8"x1" and height 1".Can be used up to 500 degrees fahrenheit.What also nice is that it can be easily be placed on top of the grill in a conventional oven, or it can be placed in an pan.Which is good for baking turkey or chicken, whatever.It can be used as cooling rack too.What I love the most is it's so much better than a stainless steel rack beacause food doesn't stick on it.I baked a chicken, it came out nice. Silicone rack survived, did not I smell anything on the silicone, I smell someone is about to eat dinner.Also the cleaning part. It's dishwasher safe, no scrubbing required, it doesn't rust.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase, good product, ease of use, it's awesome from start to end.Price is decent and affordable. It's a win win buy for me.

I had been looking for something like this for some time. I don't like to use foil to elevate, when making a whole roast chicken. Foil leaves a funny taste and is unhealthy. This did not leave a funny taste. It's safer and more natural. The chicken cooked evenly and was nice and juicy. It was not as crisp as usual though. I may need to adjust temp or cooking time with the rack. Maybe I'll cook a few degrees higher for same length of time next time.

clean up problems are over. This roasting rack is dishwasher safe and cleans with no scrubbing or baked on crust. I wish they made a small square one so it could fit in a really small roasting pan, but this fits in the regular rectangular pans. Also there is no scratching of the non stick coating in the roasting pans.

I love this rack. It's great for roasting meat as well as vegetables. Easy to clean and store. Reasonable price.

My husband loves them. Would suggest anyone looking at these to buy them, they will not be disappointed.

I purchase this rack after having another roasting rack for years that was getting gross to put it mildly. I ordered this thinking I don't know if it's going to work and the first time I used it I roasted a chicken and it was fine in the oven. The company sends this little cleaning thing with it and it literally took me less than 2 minutes to clean it. I'm a little anal cuz I kind of do that before I put it in the dishwasher just to sure the stuff is off but I put it in the dishwasher and it look brand-new when it came out. I'm even going to order one for my friend because I really think it's a great product

I like that it's dishwasher safe and it gets really clean. I use it for cooking bacon in the oven.

This is my second roasting rack. Even though I saw the max temp was 500 degrees, I tried broiling with it. It is a great roasting rack but it is not a broiling rack (my mistake). I immediately ordered a replacement because it is the best roasting rack I have ever had and easier to clean than any I have had.
