I like the product.
It was a little difficult getting the app and then connecting, but it is a great watch.

Not reliable
I purchased this watch with the expectation that it would be durable and reliable, but I was severely disappointed. After only a month of regular wear, including a few minor splashes of water, the watch stopped working. Upon inspection, it was clear that water had entered the case, rendering it completely unusable.

Charged but won’t work
I LOVED this watch for the first few days. It seemed like great quality. Phone/text/plays music/tracks all the things. Twice now at work this weekend it was 70% and 50% and it just shut off and clearly didn’t track my steps. Today it is 90% and it just stopped tracking around 11am at 3k steps mind you I’ve walked around an entire zoo since then and it’s still at 3k even after reboot. It’s now 4pm and now it decides to work again. I’m wayyyy to OCD about my 10k steps a day to have an unreliable watch. The battery also goes dead every 2/3 days. My last watch I charged once every month. :( I really wanted to like this watch it’s cute, a great price and has all the bells and whistles but reliability is a must.

Could only put a certain amount of contacts
It only allowed me to access 100 contacts in my frequently called. I have to charge it every night. My prior watch I didn't have to do that. I don't like the weather in Celsius. I can't figure out the blood pressure. It doesn't give me the nos.
