It was a little confusing setting it up on my MetroPCS it finally found out I had the Sim in the wrong slotted the two that were there and after that bingo. There wasn't really very good instructions on the tempered glass protector that came with it wound up accidentally breaking that because I got on a little crooked night I tried to peel it up and move it and it cracked so if there is anything that needed to be done on my end be maybe a better instruction on installing the tempered glass protector still getting used to the phone the screen is a little smaller than I usually have but it's a lot more sturdier than any other one I've ever had fast good speaker and so far it's working great you should check it out if you're looking for a phone that's tough and won't break if it gets yanked out of your hand by your dog just saying. Can you believe they they named me lucky unbelievable. Everyone says that you should put Un infront of it. It's got a great picture though very very fast I can't get over how fast it is if you are putting in only one sim card put it in the slot closest to the memory chip slot. To end this I'll just say I don't need to be called unlucky on this phone because for the prices it is and the quality you get it's almost kind of making me feel like a thief.

The phone worried works fine. Got all to work, except AT&T data. Reached out for support, per the included instructions, but died not get anything back. Phone gets high marks. Lack ofall features needed and no support are why it is being returned.

I've had the phone working for the past week and cannot get data on the phone from the carrier I'm using. Will take it to the network co. and see if they can assist. Other than that; navigating for me a senior is not as straightforward as with using my Samsung. Scrolling is often a challenge at times and when I make a call, I've to turn on the speaker to know its calling. Also it seems to have challenges with my 5g network.

there really is nothing bad, everything works like it should, even at 4g the antennea is strong and signals are great everywhere so far. I drop it all the time and so far no cracks! waterproof is a must for me. its an andriod phone so its just like every other android os. nothing new to learn. it is everything i wanted in a rugged phone.

I been buying from this seller for a couple of years. I really like Ulefones as they have been real tough and easy to operate. I never had issues with any of my phones that I brought from this company. I give both this company and this phone 5 stars.I upgraded this phone from a X10 pro. This phone is a lot lighter and seems faster. No issues getting it up and connected to my carrier for cell/text service. Nor did I have any data issues.

I like this smartphone brand I like using these phones I've been using them for a while because I've been experimenting with rugged phones it's a good phone for the price however I think the battery life is kind of poor I think also that it's kind of slow compared to other phones on the market and I really wish that you will have ulepone improve the speed of the phones. Currently the speeds of the phones are unsatisfactory. I really like how the quality of the waterproofing and then drop quality has improved however I would also like to see better cameras. I feel like the glass and the cameras can get scratched too easy they got to make it towards like harder for the camera glass to get scratched. I used to use this as a painter in boiler making then it could handle the nasty situations like sandblasting on a big LCS and all that kind of nasty s*** it could actually handle it.

Love the phone but had no luck with common usa carrier services.. t-mobile and there offshoots are useable. I'm a different company and I'm specific about what I need a phone to do t mobile ive not liked in my area.
