First of all, the meter numbers are in a faint red lettering. You can hardly see the numbers when a partner is pulling out the tape and you need to stop on a specific meter length. I will be using a thick red sharpie to mark them more legible. Second, I wish the half meter marks were larger lettering and in bold. Finally, the hook is not large enough to put over a piece of rebar (which we used to mark permanent plots). I will not buy this brand again. Go to Forestry Suppliers for good tapes.

I was ordering a double sided metric tape, come to find out it is English on one side. This should be spelled out in the description. If it doesn't work out, I will return.

Yes, it has Metric / English measurement on the tape, but there are a few issues if you are buying this as a metric tape measure..First, the handle has a bunch of screws to take out to open it up. It's then possible to turn the tape over to the other side so metric is facing out correctly. The grab claw however only flips out on the English side, so not usable any longer once you've flipped the tape over.Apart from that, good quality. I would have given it four stars otherwise.

For my opinion there's no other like that.

Perfect for what I needed it for. I have a couple college classes that require us to use these and we can't always check them out so I got my own.

The measuring tape is of good quality. However, be careful not to get it too tight. It could snap easily. In general, I am happy with the quality

Great metric tape!

Easy to use; tape of tough material as advertised; product worked well; markings easy to read; rewinds without tangling up.

I found the screws come loose and the ends do not stand up to a lot of stress.
