The airline set was an adorable addition to complete the look for my 11 year olds flight attendant look. The hat came a little collapsed, but pooped up back into place. The gloves were a little big but my daughter is a tiny girl. Scarf was cute. Pinned the little airplane on the scarf.

This product gets shipped in a really small box. They bend the hat to fit inside the box. It won't go back to normal after you bend it back. It's been a couple of days for me now, and the hat is still bent in some places. It's a great hat, but their shipping is just terrible and ruins the product

This is a cute accessory set in theory. Mine arrived with the hat totally crushed and misshapen so they could shove it into a box that was too small for it. The gold piping is attached on the outside on end and the other end is attached to the interior of the hat. The inability to use the hat makes this set not worth it. All other items could be purchased individually, it's the hat that makes this a flight attendant accessory set. Very disappointing.

My daughters cheer team had an airline theme, so they all purchased this set to take photos in. It was so cute, but a little flimsy. For the price, I can't complain though!

This product came just as described and was a hit. If you put on a proper flight attendant outfit and add these accessories you will likely get onto a United flight as an employee ;). The hat was a little tricky to keep on but still a great purchase !

The hat came inside a box that was too small for it. Since it was stored in the box for a very long time the hat was misshapen. Also the band that goes around the hat would not stay in place. It kept popping off like a rubber band. I had to shape the hat back into form, but wasn't too successful. Eventually I added an insert on the bottom to give it shape. The person that wore this was able to pull it off but not without its hassle. Pretty much everybody online anywhere is selling the same hat and I bet it will come in a box that's too small for it.
