Disappointing to say the least ...
It arrived promptly and well packaged. When I installed the bulb, it didn't seem to work. I thought perhaps the switch had failed (it was old) but having had some fine weather and changed the switch I am now sure that the bulb is not functional. As I have had to wait for a fine weekend to change the switch the return window for the bulb has expired.

Perfect replacement
I had trouble finding this at my local garden centres and found this item here. It is much cheaper and does the job. When the end of its life comes about I'll do another review. I bought two but really expect this to last at least a year as my waterfall is on 24/7 all through the year including winter time.

Have given three star based purely on cost of item as unable to determine if it works or not. That said, water remains clear but that may be direct result of electric pond cleaner
