We (and he!) loves this Montessori style activity. It helps him with dexterity, processing, and he's able to be independent in choosing his patterns. It keeps him challenged and busy, which means less screen time!

This materials in this set are made well. All the wood is smooth and sturdy but not heavy, and it’s easy to change out and flip to a new design pattern. The colors are beautiful and the tweezers are both fun to use and help to build key fine motor skills. We have had lots of fun with this work and I would highly recommend it for ages 2-5.

This set is well constructed and solid, with a simple concept that is still pretty fun. Put one of the templates under the wooden grid (there’s enough space to stack all of the templates together inside the wooden grid board thingie, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to store the extras) and then match the colored balls to the dots on the template to make a picture.It’s a great tool for children to learn color-matching, sorting, etc., besides helping with developing skills of dexterity as they use the included tools (chopsticks, wooden tweezers, or a spoon) to place the balls in their correct spaces. (The balls are small, so keep them out of reach of kids who are still putting everything in their mouths—definitely a choking hazard.)My only complaint about this set is that some of the colors (the pink and orange, for example) are so similar in color value that in certain light it’s nearly impossible to distinguish between them, which makes the color-sorting aspect of this toy difficult. Use it in a well-lit area, I guess.I still give it 4.5 stars.

Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and her new any son both love it! (2 & 4) love it for practicing motor skills and colors, best part is they don’t know they’re learning they’re just ‘playing’

My son struggles with fine motor strength, coordination and control. I ordered this for him since it encourages developing fine motor skills both through creativity and play. He stays engaged with it for long periods of time and he's working those fine motor skills without the frustration of traditional tasks such as writing. I am very happy with this and I would recommend it to families or educators who are looking for a way to include fine motor tasks in a fun & engaging way.

Let’s dive in, first thing I loved is how versatile the toy is, yes you can use it how it’s Intended which is great. My daughter loves to “draw” dolls and stars.Second she loves taking all the little balls out to sort them all by color. Not only is she learning but she is playing which is the best type of play in my opinion.Third, she likes to use the little balls as toys for her dolls. Overall the use she puts on this toy is well worth the money.

The wood on this toy is very good quality and its very sturdy. The balls are very smooth and the paint is very vibrant. The balls are pretty small so I would recommend supervising your toddlers when they use this toy just in case they get curious. The silicone sorting cups are nice since they can easily be stored and will keep their shape even after storage. When the papers aren't being used they can be stored on the board which is amazing for keeping them in good shape. Perfect toy for learning colors, pattern recognition, and working on fine motor skills.

This is a great set! The quality is far better than I expected. The beads are a nice quality. I love that it gives you a few different options for transferring the beads to the picture. The spoon is great but I wish the tweezer/pincher option would have been a little better quality. I feel like it's a little flimsier than it should be but it's not a deal breaker for me.
