Dekala Sunrise Alarm Clock, Wake Up Light, Wireless Charger for iPhone/Apple Watch/Airpods, Sunrise & Sunset Simulation

Had features I wanted and liked, but the way the functions were executed was not practical:•Sunrise Alarm is a great feature, very effective for waking someone like me who is sensitive to sunrise! However, I do shift-work in healthcare and my waking hours vary significantly. Updating the alarm times on this clock is not as easy as choosing/editing alarm times on my phone. My work schedule is not M-F, I don't have regular weekends, so the preset weekday/weekend alarm setting on this are useless.•The dual-wireless charging for smart watch and phone worked great at first. But, a couple of weeks later, I pull my phone off after more than 8 hours and it is not fully charged. I made sure it was MagSafe connected and phone was placed correctly, my phone dinged and the alarm tone sounded indicating they were connected. Luckily, the feature failure occurred just within the return window because this clock is absolutely useless to me after this point.Unfortunately, there are very few sunrise alarm clocks out there and none that I have found with all the needed tech features to meet the needs of an alarm clock and charging station while taking up minimal space on a nightstand. Maybe will consider just tinkering and making my own at this point!

There was a mixup on my purchase but I was able to get it resolved with their customer service and it was exceptional. I received the product I originally intended to order and it works perfectly, the light imo is plenty bright and really does simulate the sunrise fairly well, for me it has made waking up a fair bit easier as I wake up when it's still dark outside.

The instructions manual was too complicated for me to be honest. I barely set the time, and I wasn't sure how to adjust anything so I just sent it back.

I was excited to set up our new sunrise clock, but after plugging it in, reading the manual and attempting to follow directions, I have been completely unable to set a time on the clock or have any time appear at all. I think I got a broken one and have not heard back from customer service so far. Either these instructions are not detailed enough, or we got a faulty one out of the box. I’m so disappointed and wish I had gone with the cheaper option I was debating after all.

My wife loves this so much!

It was less than a week when the clock stopped working and I couldn't get the controls to work to change the alarm time.

Returning; phone charger does not work

I was trying to adjust settings and clock disappeared. Returned.
