The merchandise was fine I just didn’t pay attention that is was refurbished. And it was a gift and that’s not what I was wanting!

Mala calidad. Al conectarlos al celular no podía ni escuchar una canción. Se apagaban. Pobre utilizar solo uno. Y el único que funcionaba bien. Era el derecho. Pero ambos juntos no podían funcionar

To big for my ears

The sound is very clear and comfortable. I have a severe hearing loss on both ears and use the Bose to talk and hear on my phone as well as listening to music. Good buy!

THE BOSE EARBUGS I GOT GET A ONE TOTAL SCORE. AFTER THE CASE SAID IT HAD A FULL CHANGE, THE LEFT EARBUG WOULD GO DOWN AFTER ABOUT 30 TO 45 MINUTES. THEN THE RIGHT ONE WOULD DROP. THERE WAS A TOTAL OF 6 TIMES THAT THE CASE SAID FULL CHARGE AND BOTH EARBUGS WERE NOT HOLDING THE CHARGE.SO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞☹️ WITH THIS EARBUGS PRODUCT.TONY CORONA

I have put these things through a lot. I wear these A LOT, I probably average about 6 hours a day about half volume. The battery life is pretty good and the recharge wait is solid. The sound quality is really nice. The quality of the earbuds are amazing as well. The only problem I have had is after I ran the left one through the wash on accident which it is definitely not rated for. However after a couple days of using that one the only problem I have had with it is it clearing my device history. I have had the same pair for just under a year.
