I wanted to wait to write a review. I have been a happy tampon user and then due to long term travel plans I decided this may be a great option, not sure how easy it will be to buy tampon around the world. Anyway, I gave this review 4 star - because it is a good product - but it is just definitely not for me! Let me explain... The sizes are hard to judge! I went for over 30 - because apparently how companies measure size of your internal...big mistake! I am 30, however this is way too big for me ( no children ). Don't get fooled by the age group! It was so uncomfortable to use, I gave it 3 months trial...but it just wouldn't open inside me, so it would leak through... I watched so many videos and tips- nothing worked for me. So I realised my cup may be way too big for my needs. The second point is - it's really messy. I dont know about you ladies. .but who want their hands and fingers covered in blood while you are washing off the cup? You need to be by a sink, empty the cup, wash it and insert it back in. It got way to uncomfortable for me to keep washing it and having blood dripping around..

Overall, I'm happy with how this cup performed - having never tried using a menstrual cup before, I was apprehensive and was looking for an inexpensive option (in case it didn't work out for me). This product fit the bill. I got the smaller size as I have never given birth and I was impressed with the packaging and overall quality of the materials. Unfortunately, as the cup is a clear silicone it did stain after a few uses but this was only a cosmetic issue. The real reason I haven't given this product 5 stars is because this morning, whilst attempting to remove the cup, the stem snapped off. I had suspected this would happen for some time as it is only a very thin piece of silicone and stretches significantly, even with only gentle pulling.Overall, if like me you're looking for a first cup to try - this is a good economical option. Just don't expect it to last very long.

When I first heard about menstrual cups I was extremely skeptical, and not interested in trying them at all - I thought it sounded pretty gross, to be honest.I couldn't have been more wrong! After hearing just how much better for the environment they were, I decided it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I chose the Moskito cup because the packaging was gorgeous, and because of the extras it came with: bag, cleaning brush, and lube. Learning how best to insert and remove it took a little trial and error, but by the second day I had it down and couldn't stop raving about how incredible it is! Unlike I had previously thought, it is actually so much cleaner than using tampons or pads, it is SO comfortable (I can't feel it at all when inserted properly), and you can leave it in for hours, so even on heavier days you can co out without worrying about having to find a loo every half hour to change it, and without fear of leaking. Not to mention of course the benefit of not having to buy products every month - a huge saving over time! I absolutely love my Moskito cup, and would definitely recommend it.

I've been using silicone cups for about 6 years and couldn't imagine going back to tampons. I used to suffer from awful cramps but I barely have any after I switching. Apart from the environmental and health benifits the cost alone should encourage people to try one. They do take a couple of months to get used to but definitely worth persisting.This cup feels like good quality, i like the soft feel and the little brush and pouch are useful. The only thing is the small cup is still a little too large, I'm in my 30's and haven't had children and find that (compared to my previous cup) this one leeks especially at night time which is fustrating. However i would still recommend this product i would just prefer a 3rd size.

I cannot for the life of me get this thing inside of me :-( I was going to still rate five stars, as I don't think this is down to the product- I'm 16 and have only ever used tampons before so in the future this might be an option for me. I do intend to continue trying, but today I spent about twenty minutes trying to work out how to put it in (after watching and reading every piece of advice online, trying different folds and positions) and ended up crying on the floor out of frustration and pain. I would still definitely recommend this product if you don't think insertion would be an issue for you (if not I don't think any menstrual cup would be suitable). The packaging is lovely, the cup feels good quality and it is very good value to get all of the extras like the brush in the price- other cups I have seen offer the cup alone for the same price. Hopefully next month I can make it work and update this review accordingly :-)

I did a lot of research before purchasing my first menstrual cup and the Moskito came up with some great reviews - soft, pliable and really easy to insert. It came in it's pretty cylinder, with a bag, a small brush, some lube and instructions in German and English - exactly like the pictures. However this product is not for me despite multiple attempts at using it.I've tried various fold (see great examples on YouTube) and can get it inserted, but cannot get it to unfold or pop! I even tried running it under cold water and turning it inside out and back again, but nothing worked - stays folded and won't pop.Really really disappointed as it's quite an expensive product, but appears I'm not the only one with this issue. The smaller one has similar reviews, issues with not popping. Could be me, but if I buy another cup it will be stiffer /sturdier one.

I really like the idea of a menstrual cup. I've used mine a few times but the only issue is putting it in - although I believe its just because of me and not the product itself.Compared to other menstrual cups I've encountered, the material and packaging of this are by far the best.

Have had it for more than a year and it’s amazing. A bit discoloured now but structurally like new. I was a first time user and it took me a little while to figure it out (progressively made the stem shorter) but it’s perfect now! It is a good balance between firm and flexible, I can play sports with it in no problem. The little baggy and brush are also quite useful. Recommended to my friends!
