The device pairs really quickly. The sound quality is great and it cancles out background noise well. The multiple sizes of ear bids it camemwith5make finding the right fit quick as well as being comfortable. The battery lasts for multiple days of full time use.

So far the sound quality of head sets is a bit muffled compared to my old lg, I find it doesnt reconnect after walking out of range and returning (also doesnt repeat if it is trying to connect or if it has reconnect so it has caused me to miss a few calls without knowing and the call button doesnt work to make calls just hang up with my Samsung phone. Things I like is the light weight band and the ease of use to listen music or audio books, battery last for about 16 hrs of play time and will idle for about 36hrs on a full charge, cords are very thin but surprisingly strong as you have to pull the line out to use ear pcs. Also like that the charging port is a c style and works with all my phone charging cables.

Bought this for my husband as an anniversary gift to replace the ones he broke. He wears them while he works out and loves them. The sound quality is great when listening to music but not so much when we talk on the phone. He sounds a tad bit far away. But it’s not horrible.

I ordered this pair Oct 10 2023. It is the 4th pair I have ordered this year. The others were on 8/2, 5/20, and 2/9. I do not keep ordering them because I want an extra set. The reason is that they are not lasting and now I have had enough!What I like:They are retractable and they retract with no issues.The battery life is great. I use them every day at work all day long and they always last the full day. Always.USB-C charge port is very convenient.I mostly listen to podcasts and the sound quality is excellent for that. I don't often use them to listen to music but even so the quality is more than satisfactory for that purpose.Now as for the problems:The minor problem: My current pair and the first set I purchased back in February have excellent Bluetooth range. I can easily go 30' and beyond and not lose signal. However, the second and third pair had terrible range. They would start to degrade if I was 10' from my phone. So Bluetooth range seems to be pot luck depending on your headset even though the models are the same.The major problem: I use the retract feature often throughout the day. When I need to speak to someone I don't like the cord to be dangling so I retract it. Well after a couple of months the volume on one of the earpieces diminishes to a point where that earbud is pretty much unusable. This has happened on every single pair.I mean I love this headphones, They are inexpensive and work great for the purpose I use them for but if I have to buy a new pair every couple of months then they become not worth it. Even though the models are the same the seller name seems to change so I don't even know how to go about getting warranty service nor do I want to deal with having to mail them in somewhere.Not sure what I'll do as it is difficult to find retractables with 20+ hours of battery life and since I normal only have one earbud in my ear at a time with the other ear free I don't want the other side to just be dangling.

Will be buying another one. Easy to pair with phone. Great sound ty

Not impressed with the product. II would not purchase it again. Audio quality is fine. However, two major issues: 1) The pull cords are very tight and stiff and feel like they are binding as I pull them out. I must hold onto one side of the device to keep it from pulling off my neck when I pull the earbud cord out. 2) Instruction sheet printing was so small that I could barely make out the words even with a magnifying glass. Were they trying to save money on the paper too? I love this style earpiece, but not this one. Poor quality. Don't waste of your money.I have not tried to return the item yet.
