Bought this to give my shower and upgrade. I have to say I am very impressed. It was an easy install and the quality of the handles and the shower head overall is amazing! It had a soft fall but with enough coverage not needing pressure. But if wanted you can adjust. The handheld is perfect to clean the shower. Only feedback is that when turned off it sales a few seconds before the water completely stops. Value for money is on point. Overall performance is great!

I purchased the 12' shower rain/spray when I first moved into our home 6 months ago. Was so happy with the first purchase, I purchased two more for my other downstairs bathrooms last week and they're already installed. Super easy installation and includes the plumbers tape, extra hardware, and extra spray nozzles. They not only look like luxury showers, but they work extremely well when in use. I like the rain shower and the two spray nozzles are used on a regular basis as well. We purchased the nickel-plated and they look great. Would highly recommend this purchase!!!

Nice looking. Good quality. Easy installation. Only wish there was a pause switch on the handheld but haven’t found a combination shower head/hand held that has this feature.

I was hesitant to try this shower head, mainly because I like water pressure, and I wasn't sure a rain shower head would provide it. I won't say it's like a normal shower head's pressure, but with the restrictor out, it feels great. They send you a simple tool to remove the restrictor, and it was super simple.My first reaction was that it felt like a spa shower because the water just kinds of falls on you and by some kind of voodoo, it feels soft. I have a hard time getting out of it, which might be a negative.My wife really freaked out when she tried it, and she absolutely loves it.The hand sprayer is pretty powerful without the restrictor so make sure you're not pointing it towards the ceiling the first time you try it lolThe whole thing feels solid, which surprised me. I thought the hand wand would feel flimsy, but it has weight to it. Directions for installation were good, and packaging was even a bit surprising.As long as it holds up, we super happy

Have bought both the basic round shower head and this square one from the same company. This one is a step up from the round one, but has some drawbacks.Pros of this one:Shower head arm adjusts higher.Control knob is easier to switch from shower to shower/wand to just the wand.Easier to install than the round model. Tools fit.Cons of this one:Terrible, terrible chemical smell from the wand for first month and half. It's that rubber smell from an outdoor doormat, if you've smelled that. After the first use, my washcloth smelled of the terrible smell. So there's some strong chemical used in the hose. Just FYI if you\re chemical sensitive. Taken a while for it to fade a lot.Wand burbles water from the the jet spray at top, even when switch is not open for that. There's a switch on the wand for regular wand spray, versus a jet blast out of the top. It burbles water out of the top jet blast hole. The wand switch should be more firm/exacting.Square wand feels awkward in hand. Why does it have to be square? Why not oval, or more rounded square? It doesn't feet right. Rounding the edged would've made it more comfortable to hold.Company mismatches finishes for both the round and square shower head models in package assembly.Review lost a star for the chemical smell and wand problems.

This shower head is miles better than the original one that was put in. It works so well and is easy to adjust. The pressure is perfect and it doesn’t leak!

I recently replaced my old showerhead with a new combo and I'm loving it! The installation was easy and the quality is great - it's made of metal, not plastic. I really enjoy using my shower now and highly recommend this rainfall showerhead with a handheld option to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Good price, huge shower head all body parts get soaked when standing under it. The wand is very trim, but powerful. ALL metal construction no cheap plastic parts beautifully packed I am in love

This looks great, nice shiny chrome. Came w/ a wrench c/w cloth to protect when using it. Was well packed, no damage. We replaced our existing shower head b/c we wanted a spray paddle. Since a lot of them were too high for me to reach we chose this one. The installation was easy. The paddle works good and sprays from the front or end. We've enjoyed using the shower.
