Q: Is it compatible with all gas cans?

No, for example, some gas cans without threads. The adapter we provide may not match the connection on your gas can, so it won't screw on tightly. However, this doesn't affect its ability to pump fuel from the container.

Q: What is the diameter of the suction head?

The suction head has a diameter of 1.3 inches. If the opening of the can or container is smaller than 1.3 inches, it cannot be inserted for use; if not, it will work

Q: What to do when the Pump does not operate even after pressing ON?

1. Batteries may be incorrectly placed (Double check polarity of batteries) 2. Batteries are depleted (Replace with fresh batteries)

Q: What to do if Pump performance is low?

If batteries are too weak, please replace them with new ones
