Great book!
This is one great diet for everybody who wants to eat healthy or lose weight. I am very glad that I found this book because I learned a lot about Mediterranean diet and I feel great since I started it. The recipes are super delicious, easy to prepare and what I like most is that most recipes include fresh vegetables and fruits. I definitely recommend this book!

Delicious recipes with information regarding health benefits of the diet. Loved it!
This book is fantastic, i absolutely LOVE the recipes and will use this as a guide for my meals over the next few weeks. The book is laid out nicely using great colours but best of all is the explanation of the health benefits for various food items used within the Mediterranean diet. Delicious!

What I was looking for.
There are specific dishes that really defines a Mediterranean diet to me and the recipes listed in here really gave great variety of amazing dishes that I personally loved. I still have a lot more to try but so far the food I am making are great. It is a great guide book.
