Overall, Great E-bike and was definitely worth the price! Would recommend to anyone 10/10. It also has a lot of excellent features which really makes this bike stand out. First of all, the tire width is HUGE, which makes me feel very SAFE while riding it. It also has a high quality suspension which is very useful for riding on rough surfaces. And the best part, the speed is AWESOME, there are many things like pedal assist levels to give me the safest and BEST experience while riding it! Not to forget, the customer service offered by Jaison was also simply outstanding as when we first ordered it it didn't come with the baskets as the product suggested but they resolved it perfectly. I feel like they take customer service as their number one priority which is what makes this bike truly stand out.

I was very skeptical on buying my first e bike. Lots of bad reviews and lots of good reviews for all of them. I finally decided to pull the perverboial trigger and purchase 2 jaison x hunters. They arrived on time and in great condition. Both were very very easy to assemble. I bought these I'm mind of starting a bike rental in my small little town. Now I'm going to order 4 more. These bikes seem to be well built. I have not ridden them outside yet due to uncontrollable circumstances, ie snow. Looking forward to next week when I can get them to the lower land and go for a cruise. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. I will report more after the first ride.

My son and his best friend each got one of these bikes for Christmas 2023 they were both about to turn 15 years old and they love to fish around the Monterey Peninsula and needed a way to transport themselves. After looking through many reviews we decided this was our best bet had fat tires that could go on more terrain and kept a good speed being that there full size high school boys, and the backside basket was great to be able to attach fishing polesWhen the boys got their bikes, they were so excited took off immediately Christmas Day to go ride around the bike trail in our town. They also tested him right away to see how far they could go on a full battery. They had so much fun on these bikes, it was a great purchase.Now fast forward, and we've had the bikes for quite a few months and yes, we've had a few issues with the bikes. My son had the de railer fall off while he was riding.. I emailed to the Jason customer service and they got back to me right away. We're so friendly and helpful sent out all the parts I needed.A month later, we had a problem with the brakes my son was riding and all the bolts came out of the front brake. I emailed the company heard back with them again within the day and they sent me out what I needed as well as a new chain which had been an issue when we got the derailer.Most recently he was riding home downtown and went up the curb and popped the rear tire. I reached out to the customer service again and again within 24 hours they had responded to me and a new tire was in the mail.Don't hesitate Just buy the bike it's a great bike. It's a wonderful price. My son and his best friend have had so much fun on these bikes and I absolutely love that. The customer service has been friendly, prompt and responsive to all of my needs to me. That's a huge selling point.

Assembly was a little confusing due the bike being shipped differently than the instructional video. Pedal assist takes some learning and getting used to. But after about 30 miles, I’m very happy with the bike.

The hills in my town make bike riding difficult. Now, I get great exercise without the parts that suck, the hills. It's like riding on flat ground all the time. Sure, you could just use the throttle and get around without pedaling, but we got our bikes to get some exercise. I have no idea how far the battery will last. I've gone on 20 mile rides and still have almost a full battery. I had some issues with the cargo baskets not fitting properly, but the customer support team was very responsive and provided a satisfactory solution.

For the price this bike is a no brainier, the positives- heavy duty, good welds, easy to use, folds.Negatives- brakes are noisy, rubber cap for charging port is cheap and does not align. 30 degree incline is false.Overall, perfect hunting bike to get in the woods, throw in the back of your truck and not worry about getting rained on like a $5k hunting bike.After my review Jaison sent me new brake caliper assemblies for the front and rear, great customer experience and willingness to improve. Yet to install brakes as it is now Winter. Thanks again

The media could not be loaded. Speed is amazing. Quality is impressive. Ease of use is superb. Weight, well he's a bigger version of the EB ST & EB 2.0 so yes, he weighs but in a good and constructive way. Ease of folding no issues. Value for the money absolutely!
