Almost a dead plant received
Not sure, how long it has travelled. Mo moisture in soil, so stem & leaves have dried up and it may not survive so i sm returning it. Packing is good, however, it does not indicate live plant is inside and also it does not show which side is up. I opened eith great efforts on receiving & watered the plant. I expected customer service to credit the amount seeing the photos. However, they want me to return it and with that whatever chance the plant has of survival will be nil.

Disgusting. Immature plant with no leaves and no roots packaged with nill protection. The only surviving very thin branch and leaves was damaged. Very un professional .
