Hey, it's just toner so what kind of shocking review did you expect? I plugged them in and they worked. 2 months on black and magenta and 1 month on cyan now and no problems so far. Haven't got to yellow yet. Seem as good as any other compatibles I've used, so I'll be back.

Has taken my wonderful printer and turned it into a constant headache. Will only print the first page of a document in full resolution. Second page comes out super light so we have to print one page at a time. My husband says it is because the printer wants to go into "cleaning" mode. Wish I would have just bought HP to begin with. Our HP cartridges lasted over a year without a hitch.

I had trouble with this set, even if I shook them the ink didn't distribute properly. The seller was quick to resolve my issue.

Cartridge worked fine until my HP M477FDW, updated its firmware. (At least, that's what I think happened.)All of a sudden, my printer started with this "Supply memory error" because of this is not an HP cartridge. Now my printer is useless.

This cartrage failed after less than 100 pages.. leaving black streaks in the white areas of the page. The cartridge is garbage.

It’s not a bad thing to spend less money on cartridges, but they work very well!!!
