This is a manual of health focused on midlife and women but applicable to all ages and men. There is such a whirlwind of information out there… what to eat, supplements, fasting, drinks, exercise methods… this book has them all, evidence based and relevant to getting the best chance to be an architect of your own health. I think it’s excellent, easy to understand and relevant at a time when information can feel overwhelming. Little changes lead to big results.
