The description says "100% natural and genuine," but I now realize this claim does not necessarily mean it comes from the earth. A lab created crystal is still a genuine crystal, so I suppose the description isn't completely inaccurate. However, when I read "natural" I expected natural from NATURE, not natural from a man-made process. I wanted a crystal that contains the healing energy of the earth, but that's not going to come from this crystal. Is it pretty to look at? Sure, it would make a nice decoration. Otherwise, it just feels "dead".

I’m so bummed. This does not look anything like Amethyst. Looks just like a piece of glass with Pink tint.

If you look at the first three pictures for this Crystal it’s about four or five times bigger than the actual Crystal they send. They put the actual Crystal size at the very end of the pictures and I can see they’re doing that strategically because most people will maybe only look at the first couple of pictures. I don’t think it’s fair to the consumer to put pictures of a crystal that is 4 to 5 times bigger than the actual when they receive. I feel like I’ve been duped.

Gorgeous rose quartz, although I did expect it to be a little bigger. Color is vibrant. Came carefully packaged, and had extra protection to keep the point from being broken. Was also nice of them to send chakra stones, which are also beautiful. I can identify tigers eye, quartz, and I believe lapis, jade, and carnelian?

Of ALL crystals I’ve purchased via Amazon, this set of 3 (quartz, rose quartz & amethyst) is THE BEST in quality, class, presentation and packaging! I am SO impressed with the quality, though the stones are smaller than I typically like but the quality speaks for itself! Each piece is between 2” - 2.5” and the quality is GORGEOUS!They are thoughtfully packaged with care and the tips of each crystal was protected by a styrofoam tip cover—something I’ve NEVER seen in packaging crystals before. Following the protective tips, crystals are wrapped in styrofoam with tape to secure each piece in place. They are then placed in a petite box along with a velvet bag and a little surprise!I know who I’ll order crystals from via Amazon! Mina Heal has won me over! <3 Much love and light <3

I love this crystal, ordered just one at first to make sure that I liked the quality before ordering more and I was not disappointed! It has a nice cut and it’s a nice size especially for the price. Similar item at local crystal store would be close to $25, which is crazy. It came really well packaged with a foam cover for the crystal’s point and a nice bag to keep it in. They even added a free little bag of chakra stones which is (let’s be honest) a bad ass surprise when unpackaging! I will definitely be ordering more.

The crystal arrived on schedule today, and in spite of Amazon's poor choice of shipping it in a mailing envelope (along with another crystal item), it was unharmed. This was only due to the superb job that the vendor did in packaging. There were three layers of protection surrounding the crystal. By the way, it is beautiful and larger than expected. A very happy customer. (Also, thank you for the gift of a variety of small "chakra" stones.)

Crystal was beautifully presented, coming in a nice velvetine bag. It also came with a free gift; a mini bag of chakara crystals containg rose quartz, lapis lazuli, and an orange one that I'm not sure of the name.Unwrapping it and holding it my hand was a pleasure. The crystal was so full of energy, I could feel it radiating. Nice and cool to touch with natural ice-cracks with no surface chipping. I know another reviewer said it felt dead to them, perhaps theirs need to be cleansed because the one I received was full of cool healing energy.

This is just glass. Good quality glass. That's all. Rubbish. It's a bloody scam.

As soon as I opened the luxurious purple velvet bag and held my crystal I felt an instant connection. It's so smooth, cool and incredibly tactile. I'm having a hard time putting it down! Wonderful crystal and the additional gift of a selection of tiny crystals was delightful. My 4 year old granddaughter is keeping them safe under her pillow to ward off naughty dreams. Beautiful crystal, quick delivery, we'll packaged.It came with a bag of mixed tiny crystals, I assume they're just off-cuts of other crystals that they can't sell but makes a lovely little gift, it would be good if there was a little slip of paper detailing what the tiny crystals are. Would definitely buy from this seller again and highly recommend this one.

Just gorgeous, extremely well packed. They use setting foam to make sure the tip isn't damaged (a very nice touch indeed and easy to remove) and pack it very well. The cut is laser sharp, glass like smoothness and is clearly genuine rose quartz. I was very impressed when it arrived and makes a stunning piece for my shelf, so much so I ordered 3 more from this seller. Just lovely.

Rose quartz: measures 74mm x 22mm, which means that it is not a nice squat shape (as shown online), but more wand shaped. The quartz used is basic grade rose quartz, quite pale and misty. The piece I received has a small chink out of one side. Bought it to give as a gift, but would be embarrassed to do so, so it will be returned.
