I have seen reviews which express dissatisfaction with the size of the medal and the length of the necklace. I have included two photos that will hopefully clarify expectations for future purchases (photos from other reviewers are very helpful as well). I am an average-sized woman and the medal is the size of a dime, almost exactly.The necklace is prettier than I expected it to be. The chain is sturdy and holding up well so far against running and exercise. The engraving is not extremely detailed, but it doesn't detract from the overall appearance, in my opinion. I like it a lot.After shipping, the company sent an email to remind me of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The necklace also comes with a gift box, bag, tissue paper, and more, all of which are quite pretty - too pretty to toss out, since I bought the necklace for myself. I will reuse them on a future gift. Thanks all the same!

Wow, what a great product. Everything is sterling even the chain. Bought the women’s as a gift for a dear friend and she fell in love with it. First she was happy it was sterling cause she said her skin tarnishes cheap metals, but she’s a traveler like me and just loved the meaning behind it.The smaller medal in the antique silver contrasts with the shinier braided necklace and I like it because it draws you in to look and have a conversation, but most of all she loves is.The packaging was nice, didn’t make sense though, 2 boxes, 1 velvet bag and I think a polishing cloth, should have all fit in one box but all packaged separately in plastic, but it was really nice.

I purchased this for my husband almost 3 years ago. He was going through a rough time and I wanted to get him something with meaning. Something that was with him at all times and would remind him that he has purpose. It's a beautiful medallion and I opted to have it engraved on the back side with a personal message. Last week the chain broke and I contacted the seller and he responded within minutes. I was so impressed with their customer service. The chain has a lifetime warranty and I received a replacement one in the mail within 2 business days. That's pretty dang amazing! I will be a loyal customer from here on out. Product that arrived is exactly as pictured. Shipment also included the necklace arriving in a gift box and they had also included a silver cleaning cloth, a small gift bag, the soft bag you see in the picture, and tissue paper to use should you use the gift bag. Just really nice customer oriented touches added in here. The medal, itself, is lightweight and wears comfortably. I'm a smaller framed female and the chain length is perfect for me. The medal is detailed really well as compared to others I have seen. I would recommend this medal as well as this company to anyone looking for a nicely made medal at a reasonable price.

I got the product and thought it was great, the first time I wore it for a run, the pendant fell off… just from jogging. $200+ down the drain. If you get one, I’d recommend seeing a jeweler to reinforce the fastener.

I just received my St. Christopher medal and upon arrival it looked beautiful and shiny. I put the medal on a stronger chain also made of stainless steel. I put it on and as soon as I started sweating the medal began to tarnish. By the end of the day it was black and you could no longer see any of the inscription or detail. No matter how many times I used the soft cloth that was included the medal would tarnish quickly over again. I am very disappointed with this as I expected better quality for what I paid. The inscription on the back says 925 which indicates sterling silver but I find that to be highly dubious.
