Brilliant product strong robust and the alarm is loud although some seem to think it isn’t, personal choice I think.Although a little fiddly to get access to the batteries once you have the knack it’s fine.Perhaps the only criticism I would give the disc lock would be to have a tool included so it was a little easier to remove the battery casing rather gently inserting two screwdrivers to prise the tangs out of the retaining slot.The security rating is 18 out of 20 so would take longer to get off than most.I will still give it 5 stars because of the overall product and it’s an Abus Granit one of the best in class and I’m really pleased with mine.

Abus are a very reputable brand for their security devices specially their disc locks. Yes, it is expensive £100+ for a single disc lock is lot. But would you want your very expensive bike nicked with the slim chance of getting it back? Myself and two of my friends use these locks for our bikes and they are tough, plus with the added bonus of the alarm will help deter would be criminals from getting your bike. Although, it will not guarantee you from them getting to your bike it will be more difficult which adds time meaning more chance of them getting caught or giving up due the attention it may cause. I would 100% recommend this product no hesitation.

Bought for a Honda CB750 F2. Didn’t fit the discs. Fits the rear disc on my Suzuki gsxr1000k1 perfect.

Excellent tough disc lock with Alarm. Alarms goes even if you move the bike so alerting before you do try to ride off. Also very tough to cut takes longer for a cutter.

Alarm not that loud. In some ways a good thing as delay for setting itself not long enough. A little tricky to unlock as well before alarm sounds. Appears good otherwise.

Easy to use, alarm sound is a little to quite. And sometimes getting it off the bike in time before the alarm goes off can bs a pain. But hay that's what is there for, also strong wind can set it off. Looks very well made.

Feels very hard to break and it is easy to put on and take off. Sound is not very loud but will work if you are nearby and want to keep an eye on the motorbike at a distance.

The company that sell these have excellent customer after service. The padlock is extremely sturdy and handy to use. Really like this item. I would buy this again. Love the colour add well. Fits well on the bike and gives you peace of mind knowing that your motorbike is secure. Good quality product.
