I order a Agnes b leather bag in another shop at the same day and their packing is very good, and the delivery took 4 days only.

It packed only one plastic bag, which did not wrap any of the parts. Didn't come with the cotton bag as well, how am I supposed to give this as a birthday present?? Very disappointed
