SWEET DEVIL Wooden Cat Scratching Post Play Tower Cat Tree Activity Centre for Cats Kittens Large

Bought this in a hurry after acquiring a kitten who immediately started to treat the new couch as her claw sharpening area.Placed scratch post next to the couch “hotspot”.Week 1 the post was completely ignored by the cat, week 2 she discovered it and gave it the odd scratch, by week 3/4 we no longer see her scratch the couch as the post is clearly preferred. Win.Also - this scratch post is pretty large and sturdy, I chose it specifically because most others seemed thinner/shorter, this one is a good size. It comes in two main sections which need to be screwed together using the inbuilt threaded bolt (very easy), the base and top are also easily attached.Overall - very happy with it.

My cat absolutely loves this scratching post. She started using it immediately as soon as it was set up. The post is a lovely solid width so she can properly get her claws into it (without it toppling over), and it's also very well made and blends in really well with the rest of the furniture. The previous post was much thinner and had a black velvet base which really stood out on the pale floor, and it showed up every speck of dirt, and more importantly, every little fiber that got scratched off the post. What I also love about it is that it is not unreasonably tall, nearly every other wider-sized post I looked at was too tall for the space it needed to fit.All in all a very happy customer. Hope they still make this when the time comes to get a replacement...!

Nice looking product. I like the natural effect and it looks much nicer than other models. But the reason it only has 3 stars is because it is easily pulled over by my cats. Not advisable to place on non carpeted floors as it will drag and scratch your floor and provide no resistance when being used. I have it on carpeted floor but it is still regularly pulled over. Not sturdy enough. It is quite large but unless it’s nailed to the floor it will fall!!

Well ! Alfie our massive cat,likes it,he had totally destroyed two previous ones,so we will see how we go.Still a solid piece of kit,even though Alfie has tried his best to destroy the post.It was a bit on the expensive side,but you only get what you pay for! Well we have had this scrature post for 3 years,Alfiewho is massive has as yet, not managed to demolish the post,despite his best effort,So a good buy.

Very disappointed with this product. Much smaller than what I expected and topples over as soon as my cat tries to scratch on the post. The only plus is that it is made of wood and sisal. If you have large cats (as I do) this is definitely NOT the post for you.

Cats really enjoy using this. We can put our coffees in the top as a table too (as long as cats aren't in the room 😂)

Commandé reconditionné et reçu en parfait état, le griffoir est beau, stable et solide pour mes deux chatons de mois qui grimpent ensemble et escaladent en courant vers la plateforme. Ils s'éclatent...Ils l'entraînent un peu parfois dans leur course et il faudra visser la base à son support (sol ou autre) pour les adultes et éviter les problèmes de basculement mentionnés : c'est inévitable avec un objet haut ayant peu de prise au sol et sur lequel on se jette sans ménagement... Mais vraiment top et en plus reconditionné, petit prix... Je recommande!

Creo que va a ser muy práctico porque son dos tubos para rascar de 30cm, mis gatos siempre rompen la parte superior de los rascadores y de esta forma se podrá intercambiar para que dure más. La base he tenido que reutilizar la del viejo rascador que es bastante más grande y estable. Al intentar rascar de primeras con la base que viene lo han tirado. Aunque está bien que sea de madera sola sin felpa porque se acumulan menos los pelos y pelusas sería perfecto si la base que viene fuera más grande. Los acabados de la base original y del tope del rascador son de madera con un acabado suave al tacto.Ahora veremos lo que dura con dos gatos.PASADO EL AÑO:Ha pasado más de un año des de la compra y ya he girado los tubos. Aunque aun le queda tralla que aguantar. Solamente que hubiese durado un año ya me daba por satisfecha. Está soportado a dos gatos que no les cortamos las uñas 👌🏻 muy recomendable!!

Il prodotto è arrivato integro (ovviamente da montare, non vi arriva bello e pronto eh 😂) e subito i miei gatti hanno preso confidenza e iniziato ad utilizzarlo. É un bel tiragraffi in corda, robusto e resistente.. Sicuramente impiegheranno tempo nel consumarlo, rispetto al tiragraffi che si vede nel retro della foto. Unico neo o difetto se così vogliamo chiamarlo é che non é stabilissimo. Ahimè un gatto di 6kg tende facilmente a portarselo addosso mentre fa gli artigli.. Ma volendo si può bloccare con un peso o incordarlo da qualche parte. 🙂
