The tint was very red and delicious! It was prefect for my son's tomato themed birthday party!

Gross Taste
The taste was disgusting. Very strong sugar alcohol and fake taste. Threw right in the trash and mad I can’t return the 2nd box I ordered.

Good for looks, but doesn’t taste good
The positive is that it provided a very bright red for a birthday cake, but the flavor was not good. I am someone who enjoys many different types of frosting, but this one was one of the rare times that I scraped the frosting off before eating the cake. The flavor was just off, and a bit chemically.

Gross
I would not recommend. It smells gross tastes gross and doesn’t apply correctly. I’ve been baking for many years and thought I’d take a short cut on a cake order. Which I had to pull off all that nasty icing off and make my own anyways what a waste of money.
