doghealth Pet Ramp New Safer Design carriage included

It does the job, now that I've glued strips of carpet to it, as our lab found it difficult to get up and down due to it being completely plastic and her slipping and not being able to get a proper grip. Not sure if others have found this with their dogs. Folds in half and goes in the car no problem and is light enough to easily flip out and use. Would definitely have preferred it to not be plastic only!!

Much sturdier than anticipated despite being fairly light for what it is. Fits in the back of a car well. Currently teaching the dogs to go up it so increasing incline slowly. Too wide to use for the passenger/rear doors, and may be a bit of an angle (45degrees approx) to use for the back of a Freelander 2, but time will tell. Glad I bought it and it will come to good use!

My dog, a Rottie/Shepherd cross, at on her way to 13 years of age, was starting to have difficulty getting into the back of my Jag. Being a saloon it has a boot, so the only place for her was in the back with a dog hammock. I looked at several steps and ramps. She is heavy and I was worried about access through the side door. I settled on this one - and both my dog and I are delighted with the choice. She trotted up the ramp on the first day of use. With the car end resting upon the hammock it is rock steady.

The item did not arrive on Saturday 6th Jan.Contacted the supplier who sorted out the problem and the ramp was delivered on Tuesday 9th Jan.The response was first class and much appreciated.The product is excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome,thank you all.Ken Davies

God solid ramp for my dog, though I wish I had had the one with the rough surface which is the one I thought I'd ordered but was sent the newer one with ridges on instead, Dog tends to slip on it. I could have sent it back but I think its to late now, so stuck with it. Only used a couple of times. I don't think safer design.

Great product just very heavy and hard to fit in the car with dogs and passengers. My dog was a little nervous when using it but got the hang of it in no time

Excellent quality, solidly made but light enough for me to pick up and I'm disabled.not too steep either which alot are. My dogs not to sure about it but hell get used to it, its just so different than jumping in the car. Brilliant value for money. Recommended.

Very good put in on the floor to let ellie the Irish wolfhound to get use to walking on it put it on the car used it straight away well worth buying it our backs are a lot better now 5 stars for it
