These fit right into the stock T10 wedge sockets, produce a strong "front firing" light that's probably twice as bright as an incandescent bulb and also produce a radial (side discharge) light that is about on par with an incandescent bulb. The diffuser works well to even out the distribution of light.I used these for warning lights, so the front firing bias was a good fit. It's a not a great full spectrum light, so they tend to wash out the colored lenses used for the dash, but that's to be expected.And there is 20 of them! No idea what I'll do with all of these, but it's a great value.

They worked great! If they don't work, try turning them around in the socket, since they are polarity sensitive.
