Sticks Really Well
If you're using anything else, you're likely wasting money. This sticks like it's supposed to—for several days through several showers. Highly recommend.

Decent alternative to KT tape
I have been using KT tape for a while but wanted to try something more affordable. I use it for ankle stabilization.I would say that this tape is just fine. Compared to KT tape, I would say that it has a slightly stronger hold. One of the downsides though is the tape will leave a residue on your skin. Unlike KT tape.I read about people who had their skin damaged when they pulled off the tape. I did not experience this. I was able to slowly pull off the tape by tugging at it slowly. I think if you try to rip it off quickly, you're going to hurt your skin.I did find find that you can make your life easier with the removal process by taking it off when you're in the bath or shower. The water makes it come off a lot easier. Another comment suggested to use oil. While I'm sure this would probably be more effective than water, the water worked just fine to make it easy to pull off. And I don't see any need to mess around with the annoyance of getting oil over everything. You will need a loofah or some kind of scrubbing thing to get off the residue though. The stretch on this is different than KT tape. It feels almost like it has more stretch potential but it stretches less once you reach the max stretch... It's hard to describe but you'll just have to figure it out when using it. I didn't have an issue with this. Some people said that it only lasts 1 to 2 days, but I found that it can last many more days than that. Sometimes though it will come off slightly but I just use scissors and trim the part that came off. I experienced the same issue with KT tape.If I had a choice, I would probably go with KT tape. Just because I don't like the residue that is leftover when you take it off. The residue can also collect on the sides of the tape if you wear it for more than just a few days and it can look a little ugly. However, due to cost savings, I'm going to stick with this. It does the job. And dealing with a residue is a simple as just scrubbing yourself when you take a shower.Overall, I'm pretty happy with this and will continue purchasing it unless I find a more cost-effective alternative.

Not supportive at all
This tape is very weak and unsupportive compared to other kinesiology tape I have used. Very disappointing. Do not recommend this brand. Stick with KT or Rock Tape.
