Incredible comfort
Turned an old pair of sneakers into brand new comfort, will buy again and you can't beat the value!

Good for snug fitting shoes
These insoles worked well in my snug fitting sneakers. They add just enough cushion and are completely flexible. Only negative is that they make a slight noise when I walk from the (orange) styrofoam beads.

Worst insoles ever
I have tried several insoles. These are the worst. I work ten hour shifts and they did work for about an hour then they set my feet on fire. In all my years of working I have never gotten blisters from my shoes and I have worn some pretty bad shoes and insoles. But at the end of the first day I had so many blisters on my feet that I could barely walk. Save your money don't buy these insoles.
