Good choice
The chair doesn't cause discomfort to the back even if you sit for long. Provides good back (lumbar) support. Even though the parcel cover was dented, the product had no damage. Kudos to to the Sleep company for the quality product. (Even their mattress which I bought about 2 years back is good quality).

Worst Customer Service, decent chair but not worth the price considering the Customer Support!
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE! :I mentioned the issue before and have included a video as well. Reached out to Amazon, but they don't have the product in stock for a replacement. Reached out to The Sleep Company for a resolution; at first, they denied any kind of support, but after a little push and argument, they considered reviewing the issue. After a couple of hours of reporting the issue, The Sleep Company rep reaches back, suggesting they can only offer a Part Replacement and not the Product Replacement because the product was purchased through Amazon and not through them (pathetic customer service at it's peak).Bare in mind that this was not even a day of using the chair, and I encountered this issue. So you basically pay a premium for a product that is already covered in the 10-Day Replacement Policy with a 3-Year Warranty, and you are treated like this. How do you expect a company as such to offer decent Customer Support in the next 3-years of your Warranty Support? One of the worst issues with the majority of new-age brands is that they don't value their customers. As their Customer Support - all they have is a robot pretending to be a human playing the same track as the recorded message, "This is not our company policy...". Bulls**t!!These are no brands by any means; they are Scammers, assuming they are here to loot the consumers by offering them products / services at a premium fee, which basically is to recover their money from Marketing Campaigns and Celebrity collabs.I have been in Customer Service for years and have always gone above and beyond to help customers ensure that the brand and the product / service they paid for add some value in return. Ensure the brand's reputation stays intact, if not elevated.(Doesn't really matter how good or bad the product is anymore after the Customer Support experience from both Amazon and The Sleep Company, but if you still want to risk it, you may read the following from my original review post.)----------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW NOTES BELOW --------------------------------------## Overall experience :- Overall, the Ultron is a pretty comfortable ergonomic chair with good support and flexibility. You will certainly begin to notice the difference as soon as you start using it.- The adjustable back-rest is nothing short of extraordinary and fits seamlessly to your back, no matter how you lean back or sit.- The seating is quite comfortable, too.- The arm-rest support is nothing extra-ordinary (i had similar arm-rest support on my previous locally purchased chair). It's just that companies trying to build a brand have now started to "name-tag" even the silliest things (marketing strategies). But still, no complaints.- The height and recline switches are well-thought-out design choices and are easily accessible (the maximum height could have been slightly higher).- The coasters (wheels) are fairly quiet when you move the chair around.## Packaging and Assembly :The packaging was decent. Assembly was easy with minor issues (not really a problem, though).## The Issue :I had no issues using the chair until the ergonomic back-rest (the top one) began squeaking as I lean back (as if it slips through the spring mechanism) (ref. to the attached video). It is still functional (at least for now), but that squeaky noise doesn't sound so confident. Would certainly have to replace the product only because of this; otherwise, I am quite happy with the purchase.## Value for money :Well, it still feels a little overpriced. But only time will tell if it was worth spending INR 35k on this chair considering the 3-year warranty and how The Sleep Company treats it's customers down the line. However, I would still leave the VFM for the customers to decide for themselves. For a much better experience, I'd highly recommend visiting The Sleep Company's store if one is available in your city, trying the chair(s), and deciding for yourself.

Great quality and comfort but underdelivered.
The chair is really really heavy (good thing) and is noticeably sturdy with great build quality (although you are better off with a used Steelcase, Herman-Miller, etc at this price point). The actuation, movement and adjustments are smooth and firm (no wiggling once it clicks into a lock). It is easy to assemble too. Now coming to the question of comfort. If you are above 5ft10in in height then this is probably not the chair for you as the length of the under thigh support even at the most extended point feels not enough (I am 6ft2in). As for the arm rest. This is what angers me as it advertises as 4D but is only 3D (rotate, height, forward-backward). It does not have side-to-side adjustment! The last issue is the backrest has only 2 lock points of recline (completely upright or partly reclined). The under thigh support also does not have angle adjustment, which at this pricepoint it should have had. Now last but certainly not least to mention comfort. I am happy to say the comfort otherwise is phenomenal. When you lay all the way back with the ottoman, this chair is so comfortable you could fall asleep in it. I guess this is what happens when you buy an office chair from a sleep company. In conclusion I can say, save your money and buy one of Sleep Company's more budget chairs or buy the Ultra version of this chair.

Comfortable chair that is worth the price
I'm satisfied with my purchase of the ErgoSmart Ultra chair by The Sleep Company. I work from home and recently upgraded to this chair after using a Godrej chair for the last 3-4 years. This chair costs twice as much as my previous one but I could immediately feel the difference in comfort. The back support is superior and the headrest is a great addition. I like that you can adjust each support to your preference. The chair is also quite breathable.
