Exactly what it needed to be. Slightly larger than expected, but the extra contact area isn’t unwelcome.

Put these on the straps of my backpack cooler and they work great!!

At first, I believed it to be too firm but now after three weeks, I can recommend and say this product is good, does the job well

I purchased this item while searching for a GRIPPY pad for the shoulder strap of my laptop bag. I rarely wear the shoulder strap in the cross-body position... always in the traditional single-shoulder position, and because my bag fits a large screen laptop it tends to weigh more, and that causes the strap to slip down my shoulder while I walk.This item arrived in good condition, and was pretty stiff right out of the packaging. Right away I could tell two things:1) The padded "waffle" area is pretty thick, probably great in the cross-body position especially if you carry heavier than average loads2) The side of the pad that makes contact with your shoulder IS NOT grippy. It was slick and didn't help me much in the grip department. Not as slippery as lycra, but it was on that end of the spectrum. Plenty of other fabrics out there in the sea that might have helped to combat the slippy-ness, but unfortunately this product didn't use one of themI will say that it seemed to be well built, and the hook-and-loop (what most of us call Velcro) contact area is large enough that I couldn't see this thing detaching itelf. The item looked exactly as the pictured item when I bought it.My search for grip continues!

I bought this because my new work laptop's new laptop bag has a smooth leather strap pad, it slides off my shoulders if I walk 100 feet. The Qishare pad is just big enough to fit over the leather pad that is built into my strap, which is great. And as padding goes, it's very comfortable. But the no-slip part? Failure. Per the description, the "underside is high-elastic rubber", but this is misleading. The rubber pad is covered with what appears to be heat-molded Nylon, which makes it smooth and not grippy. It's only slightly better than the smooth leather pad I wanted to replace, and still slides off my shoulder a couple times as I walk from my car to the office.EDIT -QiShare reached out to me about my original 2-star review. They shipped me a replacement product here:  Qishare 59 Inch Universal Replacement Shoulder Strap Pet Carrier Strap Adjustable Belt with Metal Swivel Hooks for Luggage Duffel Computer Bags Laptop Case (Brown)  which I am much happier with (the 'no slip' pad appears to be a nylon netting) and so I've updated the stars to 5 for great customer service.

It’s pretty rigid and stiff which will probably change after wearing it over time. It does not slide super easily along a nylon strap so it stays in place which i like.

I ordered this because the first one I ordered was a lot longer than anticipated nand I wanted something shorter. It's exactly the size I wanted and it's super comfortable, but it's always slipping off my shoulder. The reason I bought it was to keep the strap on my oxygen concentrator, which I wear constantly, from slipping. The first one I bought (don't remember the brand, but it was 2/pk) worked much better. Guess I should have kept it.

I like the shoulder pad because it’s enough padding but not to much like another one I returned from another co.Great size!

I can’t deny that this is comfortable but it’s a little too bulky for my liking and doesn’t have rubber grip to stop it sliding off your shoulder. It is however, an improvement on what I had.

Works very well as described. Non slip, cushioned for comfort.

....sein. Habe Sie für eine eastpack Tasche gekauft. Deren Gurt ist aber so schon recht bequem. Behalte sie trotzdem man weiß ja nicht ob man nicht doch mal mehr mit der Tasche transportiert. Dann weiß man den zusätzlichen Schutz zu würdigen.

I thought that it was gonna be slightly bigger and bulky but it is sturdy and has the perfect size for your shoulder.My handbag, filled with my laptop and other stuff, was making my shoulder ache and now it is sorted!
