The quality of the lollipops is awesome and they are SO CUTE!
Honestly this is a wonderful example of a company who not only cares about producing a great product but takes the time to listen and is proactive with customers! I received the lollipops not a single one was broken. The quality of the lollipops is awesome and they are SO CUTE! The taste is out of this world Delicious!! My issue was that I was unaware the pops would have the nutrition facts on each wrapper and as I was throwing an upscale citrus themed baby shower I was worried about that running the look. I contacted the company and they explained that since they are a European company the FDA has different rules that apply to them and thus they have to individually wrap each lollipop with the nutrition facts. I showed the lollipops to my client/mother-to-be, she thought they were adorable and although yes they each had the wrapper you could still see the cuteness factor of the orange and lemons! I was VERY happy with this company, my questions were answered asap and they did not think me petty for complaining about something such as a wrapper. They helped me as best they could and in the end the product was pretty much perfect. Good products & perfect customer service = a Winner!

Great suckers- terrible delivery- corrected for the second try!
First, love the suckers- they are really cute and taste great. The issue is that more than half were shattered, therefore unusable because the powder and tiny pieces look terrible in the bag and go everywhere when opened. It is too bad because these were exactly what I needed for an event at school. (Amazon, of course, did not let me down with their excellent customer service and made it right) But still, I wish there was a way to get the product delivered in a usable condition. Update 2/14/2018: On the second order, they arrived perfectly with only 4 suckers cracked ( I think a very reasonable amount). Thank you for great customer service and for correcting the issue!

The packaging came all busted up and a few of them were broken. I bought these as party favors for a 1 year old birthday. I haven’t tried them yet as they are gifts.
