S'adapte facilement au casserole que je dispose l'inox semble de bonne qualité. 2 petit bémol selon moi les trous aurait pus être légèrement plus large et la spatule plus solides dans l'aspect à voir dans le temps.

Ottima "grattugia" per preparare spatzle!Robusta, in acciaio inox cromato. Salvaspazio in quanto sottile, appendibile, e con spatola incorporata. Comoda da usare poiché lunga, con maniglia da un lato, e bordino per agganciarsi dall'altro. Facile da pulire, anche in lavastoviglie.Io la uso comodamente sopra pentole di diametro 22 e 24 cm, sufficientemente alte.Consigli pratici:- Appoggiare sopra la pentola con acqua bollente solo poco prima dell'utilizzo, per evitare che si surriscaldi e cuocia l'impasto- Mettere il giusto quantitativo d'acqua per evitare l'accumulo di gnocchetti nello stesso punto, e per garantire lo spazio di caduta degli gnocchetti stessi.Arriva in una confezione di cartoncino.
