Good quality balloons! I actually still have some blown up and we put them up on July 30th and it’s now August 25th. If that doesn’t say the quality of them idk what will. I didn’t use the number one because I couldn’t figure out how to keep it centered on the balloon tower I made so I added a 1st birthday regular ballon I had lying around
