Very comfortable strap and surprisingly decent quality for the price
A lot more comfortable than the soft strap included with the Q3 and very light weight, so it adds good support without pushing up the overall weight much. Better quality than I was expecting for the price.I've gone back and forth between this and another similar looking strap with a battery for the last few days. The details of this design are better executed than the other one I have. Good action on the hinges and I appreciate that the ring that goes on the back of your head is on a pivoting mount instead of a fixed angle like the other one I have. Once I had everything adjusted this really took a lot of weight and pressure off my face. The main moving part, the adjustment dial, seems solid so far, doesn't feel as cheap as some others I have tried but it's really early in the lifespan so will have to let some time pass and see how it holds up.The top strap looks almost ridiculously over padded when you first take this out of the box, but after some use I'm a fan of that choice. It has flattened out a bit after some wear and doesn't look quite so thick, but it really is more comfortable than some other top straps I've had on other HMDs. I can tighten the top strap and arrange the rear skull cup so that the HMD unit is just lightly making contact with my face, just enough so I'm not getting a lot of light leakage.Overall good design, this is the one I am using most of the 3 I have currently.

Much more comfortable and easy to put on/take off than the stock strap
The Meta Quest 3's stock strap sucks, so you'll want a replacement. The Damonlight strap is a good choice. To install the DamonLight strap, users must first remove the original strap and facial interface. My DamonLight strap came in two pieces. You have to snap the back cushion piece into the the white plastic frame, and then it becomes one piece. The original facial interface piece can then be put back on the headset. Finally, thread the actual strap of the DamonLight through the corresponding notch on the headset. The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes. The DamonLight strap has a white outer frame that extends all the way around the user's head. This frame has a joint that allows the user to tilt the back of the headset up when putting on or taking off the headset.DamonLight's strap has two easy-to-use size adjustments. To extend or shrink the plastic frame to the size of the user's head, rotate the circular knob on the back of the frame. As for the actual black strap on top, it can be adjusted with Velcro. The DamonLight strap is easier to put on, adjust, and take off than the stock Meta Quest 3 strap. It's also more comfortable to wear thanks to the cushion on the inside rear of the frame. There's one catch: the strap (frame) is kind of large. With the frame fully retracted, the headset with strap measures approximately 11 inches long. That will be too large to fit in some headset cases.Issues with finding a case aside, I love the convenience and comfort of the DamonLight Adjustable Strap. Actually relieved front eye pressure - especially with glasses
After EXTENSIVE research on the quest 3 aftermarket headstraps and watching endless videos on YouTube I tried a few different strap.A top rated strap had one button release and I wanted my son to be able to swap out with me as he’s too young to be able to use the controls. That strap was easy to adjust but I always felt a lot of front eye pressure.I have a vinyl cover and nose piece to absorb some of the discomfort but after a 45 min the pressure really bothered me.I found through my experience and research:Stock strap - 15 min or less discomfortDifferently highly rated after marker 1 button release strap - 45 minAfter looking I realized the placement of the pivot on the BACK of the head would decide where the weight had to be.If the head strap is straight behind you then it has to create a straight line of pressure into the bones of your face to keep the strap secure. If the strap could have some pressure but hook higher it would relieve the pressure. This was the only strap I could find with a wide range pivot. The other strap had a pivot but wouldn’t get tight enough, my guess is the way the pivot was engineered as a quick release. After the strap giving me issues and my son not being able to wear it I ordered this one.It came today and I swapped out to the strap and am pumped enough to write my first Amazon review. If you have glasses this is the strap for you.If you suffer from front face pressure this is the strap for you as the pivot will let you place it higher. If it’s going on a small child’s face this is the strap for you.The wind only mechanism is tight.I do feel like the other strap qualify was better, and felt more sturdy. But this one fits way better. The cushioning seems exactly the same.Bonus this strap came more assembled than the other. It only takes a few seconds to put the over hook head strap on but it’s nice they took the time. The straps make the use of the quest bearable and this strap is a life saver!Until the battery ones come out with counterbalance ( my guess is next quarter). This is the best strap on the market and for 27 bucks it’s a great price too.Hopefully more companies come up with the 60 degree pivot feature. It’s supposed to be for flicking up with glasses but it’s really for where the back part can sit and hold the pressure on the top part of the skull.A plus.If something happened, this is the strap I’d buy again.

Great option but should bring some instructions
The replacement strap is remarkably comfortable, especially compared to the original one. As someone who wears eyeglasses, I appreciate how easy it is to put on and remove. The improved comfort level significantly enhances the overall experienceThe strap feels sturdy and durable, while maintaining a sleek and modern appearance. It strikes a great balance between functionality and style. My only critique is that the replacement strap doesn’t come with any instructions on how to replace the original one. Given the device’s high price point, having a digital PDF or instructional video would have been reassuring. Clear guidance would make the transition smoother for users.

Truly a remarkable device
I think it will be better than a Kiwi. Incredibly comfortable and LIGHTWEIGHT. I dont want any more weight on my head and this is perfect. Night and day from the regular strap.10/10 i think this is the best and cheapest on market.I wanted one i can use when laying down so i wanted it to be small in the back. I wanted it to be lightweight this one is only 250g..Incredible all around. pair this with amvr facial interface and its a DREAM to use the quest 3. It was unsuable for me without this headstrap. Original gave me headache in under 10 minutes.

It’s a great product!
I watched quite a few reviewers say that the quest 3 strap was underwhelming and they were spot on. I got this maybe 2 weeks after I got my headset and I can guarantee you that it was a great upgrade. And iirc it’s also one of the cheaper ones!

Comfy, Adjustable, and perfect for sharing if you and a child are using it
Easy to put together, the back padding is very comfortable. If you and your kid are using the the knob on the back is easy to adjust to head size.
