Miners Mix Poultry Perfection, All Natural, No Msg Gourmet Seasoning is Perfect for Oven Roasted, Smoked, or Grilled Turkey or Chicken

I tried the Miners Mix Memphis rub on ribs, and the flavor was AMAZING. So I ordered this, because my wife and I eat a lot of boneless/skinless chicken breasts - they can be pretty bland, but on Weight Watchers, they are zero points. We've found/tried several other chicken rubs, and some of them are pretty good. But this one just hits it out of the park - all I can say is WOW! This is the best chicken rub I have ever tasted. Has a bit more spice than the Memphis, but that's appropriate for chicken. I WILL be ordering more of this - I expect it will disappear pretty quickly. That's 2 for 2 for the Miner's Mix; I'm trying their Garlic XXX on brisket tomorrow.

I have the convenience of using this excellent rub instead of making my own. I discovered this rub because I tried over 20 different rubs and most are to salty, contain MSG, too spicy, or just plain bland. I am the family smoker for all parties and gatherings (usually 25 or more people) and everyone from the youngest to the oldest have asked me what seasoning I use. I use to keep it a secret but I decided it was to good to not share. Highly recommend you give this a try and if you like garlic, try adding a little of their XXX Garlic rub with this as well.

It was going to take too long to ship the turkey rub that I wanted to use on my turkey that I was going to smoke on Thanksgiving. So glad I found this brand on Amazon. I brined my turkey, then rubbed this mix under the skin and also mixed it with melted butter and some smoked salt and injected this butter mixture into the breast and thighs. Then on top of the skin for good measure. This turkey was amazing. Everyone's jaw dropped when they tasted that turkey. I was so glad this mix was so good. I am going to use it on some roasted chickens and I am fairly certain they are going to be a hit as well. I truly recommend this mix and will very likely buy again before I run out of the one I am using now.

I dropped the spice company I normally support due to his need to share his political views in every email he sends to his customers. Glad I did. Miners Mix Poultry Rub is delicious. A little pricey but worth it to hear the "hmmm hmmm" when people eat what you've made for them. Will buy again.
