I had purchased this item on November 10th, 2023 for a ladder I was going to hang on my trailer. Product was received on time and looked great after install.Moving forward to May, 2024, while driving to a job, one of the aluminum arms that was holding my ladder, suddenly snapped at the soldering joint and my ladder fell to the pavement and sustained some minor damages. Feeling that this item should have (at best) lasted a year, I messaged the seller to explained what had happened. Customer service was understanding and prompt with helping with the problem. Even though the purchase of the item had happened more than 5 months ago, they were willing to help resolve the problem by offering a refund or replacement of the product entirely. I requested for the replacement because sometimes you purchase an item that might be great, but you just happen to get the one that has a defect. Product arrived within days. Customer service not only stands by there product, but it means something to them to have a satisfied customer. Install is easy, I’m hoping that these perform much better. They’re worth the price and it the item is shipped with no missing parts. With a great service team to back up their product, you have no worries of trying out this product.

We used these on the side of our livestock trailer to hold our panels and gates when we go to shows. These along with the bungee cords work great!

I bought this to hang very light panels 70 pounds and they are rated for 200 pounds. First trip out the weld broke. Do not buy this product!!

I did not install these ladder racks on a trailer, but rather on the side of my house on a exterior brick wall. They hold up a 20 feet extension ladder well. The racks are made of aluminum, so they are a little light weight but seems well made.

I acquired this set of ladder racks to use on the wall in my shop building to store a 32' and a 13' extension ladder. It serves as an excellent alternative to the usual ladder storage hooks that aren't very durable. Installation was a snap (I chose to use my own lag bolts)... pre-drilled ppilot holes in 2X4 studs and then attached using 3/8" X 3" lag bolts.Strong, sturdy and durable - this storage solution will last a long time. I highly recommend these and give them a 5-star rating.

I got this to put on my trailer and on the wall in my garage. So far it has been holding up pretty good! It definitely helps keep a large ladder out of the way.

Item is as described and is a full kit to hold most basic ladders. The aluminum is lighter than I had expected, but is doing the job. Even though these are huge hooks, be sure you are only storing a static item that has the weight spread out like a ladder. These are not engineered to hold as much weight as the space allows, but uses the length to disperse the load.

Solid ladder rack, well worth the investment. Product is constructed of good quality materials and is sturdy. Attachment was self explanatory and thusfar no issues whatsoever to report.
