When I originally bought the tag for my watch, the drop down menu used for my first medical condition didn't appear on the final product. After messaging the seller, he responded really quickly and sorted the problem out straight away. I received a brand new tag replacement, which was equally as nice and the presentation was just as good. The words on the tag are clearly displayed. Excellent customer service.

Having recently had a pacemaker fitted I needed a way to alert the appropriate people if I had a medical emergency.
