Does the job
Had to trim down the liners to fit shoes but easily done. Liners well made and have not compressed over multiple wearing's. Tried to swop them between shoes but not successful due to slight variations in shoe sole dimensions so bought extra sets for other shoes. Initially uncomfortable to wear but was warned of this so persevered. After first week comfort improved and they have improved my posture to the point were I can wear standard shoes all day with no ankle pain (previously ankle pain started after approx. 30 minutes or immediately if walking up hill. Would whole heartedly recommend this product (have used other manufacturers equivalents with no lasting improvement).

Blister from front shock absorber
Purchased around the end of July and used them until the end of August. They were still fully intact at the time of removal however, the pressures of daily walking forced one of the front shock absorbers to create a ridge through the top layer that resulted in a blister. The absorbers are tougher than the top layer and look like they react to movement eventually. I expected longer out of them but for the low price I paid they did ok. I'm not much of a runner and probably manage about six and half million steps in a typical year. I use to buy Crane insoles from ALDI's they were amazing value and lasted more than six months sadly due to lack of availability I have been testing plenty of different ones out and these are not suitable for my kind of walking. I am now trying Wellbeing Pro II as they do not have front shock absorbers but look very similar.

They fit well into my running trainers (Brooks Renova 8) and are very comfortable with the additional cushioning/ support of the trainers but ...
Bought these due to having a fallen arch. Felt a little strange on the first day (as expected) but on the 3rd day ran a PB in my local 5K parkrun and can't say I felt them at all during the run. They fit well into my running trainers (Brooks Renova 8) and are very comfortable with the additional cushioning/ support of the trainers but in my normal nike downshifter 7 trainers with a thinner tongue and laces there was some cutting into the top of my foot. YES THE FACTORY INSOLES WERE REMOVED :-)Overall I'm happy with my purchase and wish I'd bought them earlier as they work as well, if not better, than the footbalance insoles from the local Sweatshop. As far as the fallen arch/ flat foot/ over-pronation, my joints all feel fine but will wait a few weeks for the final verdict on that.

Good Fit
Was recommended these by my son's chiropractor for his very flat feet! He has a pair of these in all his foot wear as he finds them comfortable. They are easy to cut to size and they are very durable.

Cured my leg pain - but you may need to order a size down
I have flat feet and have always used orthotics during my teenage years. Over the last few years I stopped and have started to notice that I get horrible shin splints and sore calf muscles if I'm on my feet for most of the day.As other reviews have mentioned, they at first felt very uncomfortable (like golf balls) but I persisted because I knew I needed them. Now I think of it like a deep tissue massage where it's almost painful but necessary (note, I never felt bruised, it was just uncomfortable whilst wearing them). After a couple of weeks they became very comfortable so much so that I don't even notice that they are there - which is what I remember it being like in my teenage years. And my sore lower legs have completely disappeared!I highly recommend that if you find orthotics uncomfortable at first that you try to keep going with them for a few weeks, but possibly just start with a few hours wear each day if you find it unbearable. Also, I am a size UK 6 and ordered the UK 5-6 size which was definitely the right call as I still had to trim a decent amount off.

Happy feet
Have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the past 5mnths and spurned going down the medication route so thought I would try these shoe inserts ,Edison Elite XX11,after reading fav reviews and I have to say they have relieved the pain of walking wonderfully. They arrived in super fast time, well packaged with inclusive invoice.I am a size 5 and took note of other reviews and ordered the smallest size 3-4 and they fit my foot perfectly. They do make your shoes rather tight with certain shoe styles as the support raises the foot up so I bought a couple of pairs of boots in a size 6 which gave me the extra room and for me a lovely comfortable fit.It takes a little while to get used to the hardness of the arch support but it's doing its job and I am no longer limping around in constant pain. They have been worth every penny and I order another pair of the same and they came as fast as the first pair.I have been wearing these insoles now for about 4wks and they show no signs of wear and tear so far.For me they work. Many thanks for making my feet happy again!

Edison Elite XXII Podiatry Orthotic Insoles
My husband is currently suffering from plantar fasciitis and has been getting little relief despite doing the exercises which the GP told him to do and applying the prescription Piroxicam gel according to directions. Having researched “Dr Google” to see if he could try anything else we came upon these Edison Elite orthotic insoles. The insoles can be trimmed to size and are designed for use in shoes, trainers and/or boots. They are contoured to improve the arch support and absorb some of the impact of stress particularly in the heel and arch. While the insole is reasonably comfortable to wear and does not slip, the overall pain relief from the cushioning when walking is negligible although something is better than nothing. Back to the drawing board. 3*
