Description of sizing wrong.
I ordered 6 boxes of these lights. Item description stated that they would fit posts up to 5 x 5 inches……our posts were 4.5 inches. The actual base of the lights only measure 4 x 4 inches. Very disappointed. The process of returning the lights was a nightmare, after printing off the label apparently the QR code didn’t work, after texting back and forth the seller sent me a prepaid label 2nd class not signed for which the post office would not accept, I had too take the parcel to a Royal Mail depot. After a week I had to prompt for the refund, they initially refunded for 1 pack of lights not the six, yet again texting back and to to Amazon, I eventually received the full refund, customer service was appalling, sarcastic texts and no apologies. Reluctant to give even 1 star……
