Received 10/05/2023. The first time I bought this was August 2022. They worked so good for me I will buy more in case they stop making them or change them. The black area on the bottom insole seems to make it work better for me. It's firm and does not cause pain. I've been buying many brands from stores for 15 years and another one from Amazon.Long story short I have a damaged toe. Using this insole works with all my shoes to take the pain away. Because of my toe injury I don't wear socks but when I have too these insoles still helps. My work has me on my feet all day along with a lot of walking. I use them when I run 3 or 6 miles. These insoles are They're not the lowest price and not the most expensive. I wash them in the washing machine with cold water and air dry. They seem to last a very long time compared to all the others I have bought. Everyone is different but I would recommend them to anyone. They are such comfortable insoles while working 12hr days they help support and comfort my feet. I can get my job done while not worrying about my feet. Fit and and feel great!

I have issues with over pronation and needed a stability insole for my running sneakers. To that end, these work great so far! However, for anybody thinking about buying these, keep in mind that the sizing runs very narrow and slightly short. I am a men's size 9 and do not have wide feet by any means. At first I bought the size medium, which are advertised as a men's 6-10, and they were comically small. However, because the quality seemed great I rolled the dice and ordered an XL instead, which is advertised as a men's 10-14. The width was just barely enough to fit, and after trimming the tips they did manage to fit. So be aware that unless you have very narrow feet you'll want to size up.

I've tried so many insoles due to my flat feet and planter fasciitis, but this one take the cake. I'm not sure how but I can run again like a child. It feels so good to play sports like volleyball and basketball without having those aches in my knees, that night and next day. Truly an amazing product.! Will definitely by buying more!

I've never used the expensive custom insoles, but these work well. I needed arch support and never knew. Got these and it helps ease the pain and makes your step feel better. They may need replaced twice a year if you walk a lot... but they do make a difference.

Feet feel good after working all day.

Recently bought Hoka Bondi8 shoes and the arch part was rubbing on my feet to the point it was hurting to walk in them. Then I bought these inserts and changed it, let me tell you it’s a game changer. I have plantar fasciitis and heel problems as well so it’s crucial I have the right kind of footwear. The inserts are super comfortable and I had no problems walking for miles during a recent Disneyland trip.
