Arrived quickly. Quality wise it is not that bad keeping in mind the price you paid for. comes with extra bits as well. Used it for few times so far and it worked as it should be. I can't see any issue with it as of now.It's very easy to operate. I used it for thick and thin both materials and i'm really satisfied with the results. It will do your small and quick sewing tasks easily.

The media could not be loaded.  My mum has wanted a sewing machine for a while but she doesn't have much space in her studio flat. Plus she would only really use it to do the odd trouser alteration.I randomly came across this little device, which I did not know existed. I wasn't sure how reliable it would be considering the small size and cheap price.Before my purchase I had a look at a few YouTube videos and it seemed to be quite decent.My mum was pleased with her portable sewing machine christmas present, so I helped her to get started with using it. The setup was fairly straightforward, although she found it difficult threading the needle with her poor eye sight.We were both impressed with how quick and easy it was to use. I still can't get my head around the fact that there is no lower bobbin.The thing that my mum struggled with the most was trying to tie a knot at the end of the final stitch, to prevent the whole thing unraveling.Because there is no lower bobbin, the thread very easily comes apart. There is a certain nack to it and it just takes a bit of getting used to as a beginner.We did watch some videos online which showed how to knot it properly and it did take multiple attempts to get it right.We also discovered that there are certain materials which the machine does not like.Stretchy and elastic fabrics are a no go. The machine slows down and the material get jammed.It also does not like every thin satin type of fabrics. You have to be careful not to damage the machine.I gave 4 stars on the basis of these points.But otherwise I think it is a very handy tool, which will save time sewing.

Difficult to thread/prepare. There is nothing fun, fast or easy about this in my opinion.

The product is easy to use and good quality. But there is no battery included there. Overall nice design.

I had difficulty understanding the instructions, it works alright once assembled, however I found it hard to feed the material through straight with one hand, while the other held the machine

The first thing I noticed was that there were no user instructions and that it was pre - threaded....quite good. For some reason the cotton hook under the top plate had not been used at all.?It seems reasonably robust for the intended usage and price. I think that it should suffice to do what I want. The containment box says 3 extra bobbins, 2 needles etc, but a single bobbin and needle is already used and are pre - loaded.I really wanted and needed the user instructions that i could read. I have had to use UTube to assist my knowledge.!
