PVC BLACKOUT Made to Measure Vertical Blind Replacement Slats are now available in various quantity packs starting from Pack of 5,10,15,20,25,30 Slats All our slats come standard with 'Top Hangers' which are Hand Sewn in our factory (Not Glued). - These are very high quality PVC Blackout fabric available in a different colours and patterns. HOW TO ORDER STEP 1. Select the Quantity pack required, e.g If you require 28 slats, then purchase the (30 Pack). Make the purchase STEP 2. Carefully remove one slat from your existing blinds, lay it down on a flat surface and measure from the top of the slat fabric to the bottom of the fabric - make a note of THIS measurement. STEP 3. Send us an email to through amazon giving us the Drop Size and the Colour of your choice. Please ensure that you measure your slats properly and DO NOT ADD an extra to the measurements, we will make the adjustments on our side. Your blinds will come complete and ready to hang and will include with Top Hangers, Bottom Weights & Chain. All you will need to do is clip in each slats then cut off the excess slats at the chain.
