I would say that there is too much going on in this item. It just seems so gaudy and I would not recommend this product.

So, what initially attracted me to this item was the Christmas resin accessories. I thought they were super cute, and I envisioned all these creative uses for them like decorating cards, clothespins, etc. I am very pleased with the accessories. I like the fun designs - Christmas tree, candy canes, Santa, etc. I'm also super impressed with the packaging for this set. It came in this nice box designed like a bag. It was a very cool presentation, and I definitely will keep the container it came in. Like I said, I ordered this set primarily for the resin accessories, so the other items are nice, but, in my mind, extra. I think this kit is actually designed for use with kids. There were hair ties, which were nice and colorful, but too small for an adult. There were also rings included, so I think the idea is to glue the accessories onto the ring mount. There was also a tube of something in the box, and I didn't know what it was until I read the other reviews, which told me it was a glue stick. Thank you, fellow reviewers. So, all in all, this is a neat box, with a bunch of other things that are cute, but not particularly needed by me. There were also no instructions, but I guess maybe it's pretty self-evident what goes where.

This set of all of the different resin charms is really cute. It comes with stuff to make rings and hair ties, but you can easily affix these to your phone covers, and other practical applications. I have had a lot of fun making all kinds of different things with these charms and with so many to choose from this set is very much worth the price. I will probably grab more when I run out because I have been able to do so many different projects with these and I have more projects in mind. I definitely recommend and hope that you find this review helpful!

I got this craft set for the small flat plastic decorations that my mom and I will use to make Christmas pins for senior home gifts using clorhespins (see example above). The decorations are, for the most part, very cute. Although they are quite small, they are well painted with nice detail. But here's the unusual part: I received 47 of them, 25 tiny plastic rings, 36 hair ties with plastic bead, 8 fluffy hair ties (I have no idea how they fit into this project), and a glue stick for use with a hot glue gun. There seems to be no consistency in manufacturing/packaging, because if you read other reviews, you will see that one customer received only 44 decorations while another received as many as 58 and I received 47. The accessory numbers are all different according to other reviewers as well. The only way I could recommend this for a children's activity is with adult supervision, because children should not use hot glue guns. I suppose the decorations could be affixed to the small rings or the hair ties that have plastic bits, but the supervising adult will have to do the work. My recommendation to the seller: make the decorations a little larger and then sell them to crafters without the other parts, as I think most people are buying this product just to get the little Christmas decorations.

Where are the directions on how to use the various crafting elements in this? Sure, it looks like a little gift but inside there is zero information on what each type of item there is, how they work together, and what the heck some of them are for. Crafting kits need to have directions, don't assume anyone knows how to use them. I'm going to try and figure this out, but I'm annoyed that there were instructions. Also, I think the tubular item is glue for a glue gun but that isn't included nor is information about what type of glue gun you need to use that part of this kit.
