Portable Travel Umbrella - Windproof, Strong and Compact Umbrella for Wind and Rain

What can I say? It’s elegant and works perfectly.

Great color and awesome quality

Haven’t used it yet for rain but have opened it I like how big it is and could probably fit two people but it’s so hard to push it up all the way and to push it down so that it closes.

Images are hard to get the color to show right -- on my screen this appears sky-blue, but it's more of a blue-gray, like the sky gets when a thunderstorm is soon-to-be-imminent -- how appropriate!The umbrella in the folded position is just under 2 inches in diameter, and just over 11 inches long from tip to end of handle. It has a "hand-loop" that is right at 4.5 inches in length when folded, so my fat hand will not fit into it, but all four of my fingers do, and my wife's hand fits easily.The "push-button" that snaps the umbrella open is very strongly spring-activated, so I find that it is best to hold the umbrella while pressing the button, otherwise it SNAPS open with a very fast, strong motion, and it's possible to get smacked by its rapid deployment. Pulling the umbrella closed is easy, and it snaps back into the closed position with an audible "Snap" sound, so you know when it's securely closed.I have not tested it yet in high wind situations, but the 8 ribs are VERY strong, much more durable than most umbrellas are. (the website shows 10 splines, but my umbrella only has 8).Oh, yeah. When you fold it up, it easily follows the lines of the folds and rolls back up into its original shape -- many umbrellas are difficult to get them folded back together, but this one is easy.The only reason for dropping a star from the otherwise perfect score of 5 stars is the color issue -- while the blue-gray is nice, and I'll use it, the brighter blue would have been more appealing and cheerful, kind of a counter-point to the darkening of the blue sky toward a gray sky, instead of blending in with the blue gray sky of the approaching storm. Just a psychological thing, but a thing nonetheless!

It was a cool umbrella , wasn’t sure about the quality since it was on the less expensive side . Great investment

Well, its an umbrella. Not only is it one of the best umbrellas that I have owned it also makes me feel very fancy inside when I use it. Sorta like i’m holding a glass of 18 year old scotch in my hand instead of an umbrella. Which is very convenient and satisfying living in the Pacific Northwest.

The item has been broken after only being used twice.
