WITTI - BEDDI Charge | Alarm Clock with Night Light

I opted to keep the Beddi rather than return it, because overall it is doing what I need it to do. Here is what I have found.The good:1) It has a LOT of features - this is good and bad :)2) their intro video is very easy to understand (but it didn't answer most of my actual questions)3) their tech support is pretty quick to respond - I had a 7-email chain back and forth within a week total (most of the delay was on MY side, not theirs)4) I *love* that there are 2 USB ports for charging. Super convenient.5) I like the white noise options. The Tibetan bowls option is really pretty!6) I like that there are multiple alarms available, so you can program whatever day/ time combinations you need. I wish there was an "every other week" option, but I suspect that is not a very common need.7) Now that I have everything set up how I need it, I just use the main {summary} screen which is very efficient.The bad:1) there is no way to set a maximum volume "default" ... so when you turn on white noise (or anything that makes sound) be ready to turn it down immediately! Took me ages for my heart to stop pounding after the loud volume, the first time. And it resets itself to the higher volume EVERY. DARN. DAY. The volume is INCREDIBLY high. And the unit defaults itself back to max volume any time any button is clicked. So instead of relaxing ocean waves when you click the button you feel like a tsunami is coming. Radio and alarm volume does the same thing. Same for the traffic report associated with alarm. It was like someone was shouting in my ear - very jarring! But an effective get-out-of-bed-now technique. I guess.2) It took me well over an hour to set up the clock the first time; this was using the app. Where items are found is not intuitive (why, for example, can I not access the Alarm defaults from the alarms tab). Then, for some reason, an alarm went off at 2:43 am. No way did I ask for an alarm at that time. I deleted the alarm time and when I went to check the settings the following night, IT WAS BACK. I had unplugged the clock to test it on the sofa since setup took so long the first night. So for some bizarre reason, the clock defaults to a blaringly-loud alarm at this time. I am hopeful that because I replaced the time with a less obnoxious time it won't be a problem if the power goes out (Update: yes this tactic has proven effective).3) The clock-face brightness is problematic. I realize that they recently added more "steps", but the lowest setting is still pretty bright in my crypt-like (from a darkness perspective) bedroom. Also, it was resetting itself to full brightness when the alarm goes off (I found a way to fix this!!). Also, there appears to be no way to assign Clock brightness to one of the smart buttons.4) Waking light. On Amazon, it states that the light gradually brightens. This absolutely does not work. That light is ON or OFF.5) My newer iPhone barely fits in the charging slot. My older iPhone fits great. No way would you get a tablet and a phone in that slot.6) While many buttons are programmable, they are not configurable to how *I* would like them. For example, I would like the "alarm off" button on the left-hand side of the clock, but that is only an option on the right-hand side.7) The clock is VERY light, weight-wise. It has tipped over a few times, so I may need to add vel-cro or something to it, to keep it from tipping (the weight of my newer iPhone is enough to tip it if I am not careful!).I know I am forgetting something, but hopefully someone will find this helpful!

This is an excellent alarm clock that has pretty much all the features I was looking for. While its footprint is small, the numbers are large and easy to see. You can also dim the brightness of the numbers. There is a build in light that will come on a minute before the time set on the alarm, starting dim and getting brighter up until the alarm is to go off. I find that this is a more natural way to wake up and I rarely make it to the alarm. I also appreciate being able to charge my phone and Kindle via the alarm clock. Very convenient. One drawback I see is that the raised areas on the buttons all feel the same. If you are trying to hit the alarm button, it is difficult to find, hence one star off.

POSITIVE: (1) A small footprint digital clock that takes-up very little space on my night-stand -- (2) Very easy to use functionality -- (3) I enjoy the lighting feature that changes the color emanating from its base very few seconds and overall, the lights are not too bright so-as to disrupt my sleep.CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK: (4) The weight of the unit is very light and moves around too easily when moving an attached device via the USB ports. The clock too easily moves around with the slightest move of the devices attached to the USB ports -- (5) If I were to purchase again, I would buy a heavier clock - yet this is not a severe criticism.

The smart clock is easy to use via the phone app. However the app has a difficult time connecting to my Galaxy note 9, randomly disconnected, some strange Bluetooth problems on day one. The phone holding area will not fit with my phone case on, wish it was abit longer. Overall, this product is a beautifully designed, speakers are high quality. I would recommend this for any of my friend an family looking to upgrade their alarm clock.

I bought this to replace my old junky alarm clock and to fit into the modern aesthetic I had going for my room. This had looked perfect.Upon unboxing I noticed the alarm clock came with all universal plugs so an A+ for compatibility. The alarm clock itself is a little small but still looks great. The brightness levels are all good and the led lighting has nice warm light and a cycling one.The reason why I give it 3* though is because a while back while I was plugging my phone charger and wireless earbuds charger the alarm clock made an unstoppable ringing noise. The noise was painful and when I tried to turn it on and off again it just stayed. Changing through colors seem to make it change the pitch at which it was. I found the area the sounds come out of and rolled a little piece of tissue paper to absorb and block most of the sounds.A little unfortunate that this happened but I bet for most other people this didn't occur meaning that most should be fine.

On first look, this product was packaged very well with a nice box and the clock was fit well and secure inside.On to the review. The alarm clock was very simple and easy to set up. I was able to set up the time and the clock in a matter of seconds with just a quick glance from the manual. Its been a few months since I bought it, and it has been working well ever since. The RGB lighting underneath the clock gave it a very cool looking glow to it. The rgb also has a nice breathing motion that was very neat. I was impressed by the rgb because of how precise you can be with the colors due to you being able to stop the breathing and onto a stationary color. Very Awesome Product

Vraiment super cette horloge. Tout est bien penser. Les systemes d'éclairage sont tres pratique. Le systeme de lumiere sois fixe ou changante de couleur sous le réveil est vraiment le fun. Tourner le cadrand sur le coté et ca devient un eclairage d’ambiance. Un très bon achat.

We looked up and believed we had purchased the beddi 2 however received the beddi charge. This listing was incredibly deceiving.Ridiculous purchase price for the item function.

Love the design, and easy to use settings. Useful features include dimmable display.
