When purchasing toys for my toddler I want to make sure they are safe and of high quality. This adorable whale fits the bill!The fabric is very soft and durable with quality embroidered eyes and shapes - so nothing to come off and become a choking hazard. The product had no off-gassing whatsoever as well (something I am always wary of!).There are 6 colorful buckles in a variety of styles (with a few duplicates!). The green and yellow buckles are the same style, as well as the blue and purple. So there are 4 different types of buckles on this toy for your child to learn to master! A couple of them are easier to open than others, and my nearly 2 year old can manage to open the circle style buckle on his own which is nice.The mouth of the whale opens up to reveal a large zipper compartment as well! Another added bonus of this toy (stuffing things in the whale is apparently super fun too!).Highly recommended! I'd be confident purchasing any Buckle Toys in the future too!

I bought this toy as a new toy to bring on airplane ride to pass time. My daughter (almost 1.5 years old) immediately loved it! She enjoys practicing the different clasps opening and closing and the zipper, too. It’s cute! Plus it’s easy to attach to a stroller or backpack.

My son recently entered the 'buckle phase' where he cannot resist them. Our friends happened to have one of these in their playroom and I couldn't have discovered it at a better time! I love that it's a soft toy so it's less of a projectile in the car, which is where we keep it now. It's super well made and has shapes, colors, numbers, buckles of course, and even a zipper pouch to play with. This keeps him thoroughly entertained on car rides and I can't recommend them enough. They're worth the price because they're such good quality. About to buy a second one for my husband's car! Would be great on an airplane one day too

This toy was a lot larger than I expected. My son loves to practice buckles so this toy was a must have. I may have gone for a more compact toy for flights, but we still use this toy in our daily rotation. He loves that the mouth opens with a zipper and often pretend plays feeding the whale.

I bought this after reading great reviews. I had to fly transatlantic solo with my 3 year-old and my 15 month-old. I was hoping it might entertain my youngest, but it was only moderately interesting to him. I think he's just a little too young. My three year-old, however, was enthralled. It kept her busy for a solid hour in the car one day. She can do everything except the 3 "side-squeeze" buckles. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to make 1 more "easy" buckle, leaving just the 2 hard ones. It's more satisfying for little kids when they can do them without assistance.Great quality, very plush. A nice travel companion!

I bought this for my grandson. His party is this weekend so I’m not sure how he likes it yet but I think it’s adorable!

We bought this to entertain the toddler in the car. All three kids love it. It’s been through the washer and drier and still looks new.

My 21 month old is obsessed with doing up clips and buckles everywhere. Got this for her and she loves it. Took a few tries to get it right but now she’s quick with it. Has a cute little zipper spot too where she puts small toys. Great for the car, in the go, anywhere

My Grandson loves this toy. He is 17 month and can easily open a couple of the colours on his own but is gradually learning how the others work. He also likes to cuddle it when in the car once he starts to get sleepy
