Spouse and I have been on this for about a year. It appears to work better the longer you are on it. Spouse is 80. His memory has improved. Hoping it continues to work. I’m convinced the main ingredient PS is why. We both take it. update: I tried another cheaper brand .. I noticed a decline after a couple of weeks .. going back to this more expensive one .. I see they raised their price substantially. I will have to shop elsewhere.

This product was recommended by my neurologist for cognitive brain health. in using this product in conjunction with other supplements, we have seen a significant improvement.

For the amount you need to begin with and then continue on with....you may want to be sure to order a few bottles at once. I noticed some brain improvement (I have Fibro), but again, very pricey, however being autoimmune isn't cheap.

It seems to help my cognitive ability.

Well not a scientific study but I do think it helps? I hadn’t had one bad memory issue until I ran out of it. Seems to help.
