Cold therapy socks and hands
My husband started chemotherapy 5 months ago and I bought these in hopes that they would prevent neuropathy in his hands and feet. The package came with detailed instructions on when to keep the ice packs in the freezer and how to store properly. The material for the hands and feet were soft and comfortable to the touch and easy to adjust with the velcro straps. the custom icepacks themselves fit perfectly into the slots in the gloves and socks. We'd happy buy them again but even after 9 months or regular use, they are holding up perfectly.

Stellar customer service but the product wasn’t right for me.
UPDATE: I received an apologetic message from the seller and offering me a full refund, no strings attached! I must say this is the type of stellar customer service that is rare to find these days.The cap hardly stays cold for 10-15 mins! The gloves last bit about 20/25 min and the socks same time- despite keeping in the freezer for more than 24 hours and transporting them in insulated bag. Treatment last about 90 min.

The cold packs don't stay cold enough to make up for the price of the set.
This chemotherapy care kit is beautifully crafted. It fits even my big (8.5 in women's) feet! The cold packs are nice, but they don't stay cold long enough. I do wish the coldness lasted longer to get the full effect and not have to use other things, which defeats the whole purpose of the set. Is it worth the current price of $50? I say no, because the cold packs just don't last long enough. I would expect to pay $35 for this set.
