These are neatly made natural products. Handsome, too, but I know from experience using similar models that these require extra care and might not be as long lasting as plastic. They work great and I like the natural materials. Just make sure to find a clean place to set them, placing the bristle side down for proper draining. Otherwise, the water and soap drain toward the wood, which can become dirty and later, moldy; and the wood can easily crack. After a while they can look grubby and you won't want to use them. If you use and store them properly they will last and look good.I can't find any decent information on this so-called "Schlesien" company. Sounds German, right? But there's no information on them anywhere. "Country of Origin" says USA but that is effectively meaningless. So where are they actually manufactured? Germany? They'd have stated that plainly. My guess is China. Too bad there's such a lack of transparency. Or maybe that's the point.

You can find these scrub brushes pretty much anywhere so I am always grabbing them when I see them at a reasonable price. I selected these for that reason but also because they were being sold in a pack of two. They last a good amount of time but I do like having a backup ready to go. The grip is ergonomic and makes scrubbing the sink or dishes very comfortable. The bristles have the ideal stiffness, they are able to get in and clean where you need them to. Another benefit that I have found is they do not stink up the way sponges can, yuck!

I ordered these because my electric dush scrubber can't reach some places, these do a great job at reaching tight places. I like the tough scrubby for my pots and pans and the softer one for regular dishes.

I use one scrubber for dishes and the other scrubber for fruits/vegetables. The bristles are nice and still. They really work well so far. They are easy to hold.

I used to have one that was made for my circulon pans, but it got lost in a move and when I saw these it was the closest thing I had seen since. It is hard to clean in the little groves of a circulon pan without something like this, so I hurried and ordered. They work almost as good as my old one I could not be happier.

I like the look and feel of the brushes in my hand. The two brushes have different firmness. One is a stiff brush, great for pots and pans or anything that needs scrubbing. The softer brush has bristles that would be perfect for surfaces you do not want to scratch. Surfaces that need a softer touch. I have owned brushes with a wood handle and I would recommend that you keep the brushes standing so the water drains away from the wood. It will make your wooden brush last longer and stay nice.
