Great value
I found this product really good it does exactly what it supposed to. The extra ports are really hand as I have my phone for work nearby too. Keeps it warm but would advise leaving a cup on it too long tends to eventually overheat the drink and make the milk and water separate.

Great quality & delivery time
I bought the mug warmer for a colleague as a Secret Santa office gift and was so impressed with the quality and the delivery time (arrived from the UK within a day). I've now put one on my own Christmas wish list.

As a heater, really good. USB is non-functional gimmick though
I would have given this 5 stars just as a cup warmer, but I don't understand why they included the USB ports. Not only is this a bit gimmicky, it didn't work!First the cup warmer: It's 240v, so don't be fooled into thinking this is powered by USB. You will need a mains socket at your desk (or wherever you use it.)It heats your cup excellently, keeps your drink warm for ages (still ok after 2 hours is my maximum use, coffee was still warm.)I wanted it to put a little infusion teapot on for herbal tea (Chaga mushrooms) which need to infuse for 15 minutes plus, but not above 60 degrees. This is perfect for that. I bought a small (550ml) glass infusion teapot, fits with room to spare. Brews and infuses perfectly for as long as you like and still gives you a good warm drink. I tested the temperature after 2 hours with a good probe thermometer and it was exactly 55 degrees. The touch switch is a nicely thought out point as it makes it easy to clean, although it means the surface isn't completely square, so make sure your cup isn't extra big, as it won't sit properly on the hotplate. It is pretty big though so I can't imagine this being a problem for many people. Now the USB: I don't get this at all. It seems like a very random extra gimmick.Mine doesn't work, so extra pointless, and the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars.I tried to charge my mouse, but 4 hours later it was still flat. My iPhone didn't even register as charging. Strangely, the USB ports have a red tab, so USB 3.2 I presume. Strange choice, to have a 4.5w limit on a mains charger these days, particularly with a USB C style port as well. (won't charge a smart phone in less than a good few hours).Bit academic really though, as mine just didn't work.I bought it as a cup warmer/ tea infuser- top marks for that.It came with a non-functional USB gimmick, -2 stars.Depending on what you want from it, class this as a good or bad review, excellent cup warmer but shame not to be worth 5 stars simply because of a badly designed random gimmick.

Warm drinks and charge your phone at the same time
I have used a few different electric coffee warmer and this one sits in the middle of the range really. The warmer is a solid plastic square with a mains lead to power it. It is sized slightly larger than a mug and has a single control button on the top. This just turns the unit on and off since there is no temperature control to it. There is also nothing to detect whether there is a mug on the warmer but it will switch off if left on for too long and does keep drinks hot (or warms them back up if they have cooled too much). For this aspect it works well. The heating element is also slightly recessed to any spills stay on the warmer and not get into the electrics. There is a nice addition to this warmer - there are 2 USB ports on the side (A and C) that allow you to charge devices off the single power lead. This is a welcome and nice addition that elevates this warmer above the 'just works' level for me.

Hot Drink Saviour or Safety Hazard? Hmmmmmm
I ordered this because I was sick of having hot drinks go cold while I'm working and I don't like the faff of flasks and the like. I also ordered this because I thought it was USB powered (it even says 'USB Coffee Mug Warmer'). It's not. It's mains powered so that was a little bit disappointing (not to mention misleading). That said however the warmer does work. It's fine. It's easy to operate and clean too. It heats up quickly and maintains a consistent temperature so I can actually drink my hot chocolate leisurely and still have it hot at the end of the hour it takes me to finish. I tested it for about 3 hours with a mug of coffee too and then again with a small teapot for the same amount of time and it was good for both, it didn't negatively effect the drinks in anyway (though I did give them a stir anyway). It does have an auto cut off after 8 hours but I can't imagine leaving a drink for that long (especially not tea as it would probably be stewed by that point!) but it's a nice safety feature anyway.Where this falls apart is the USB charger. It's a lot of old nonsense and quite frankly potentially dangerous so I won't be using the USB ports going forward. 1) There's nothing to fix this warmer to your desk or counter meaning that when you want to remove a charging wire you might accidentally grab hold of the hot surface to steady it or to stop it flying away leaving you with a nasty burn (this does get quite hot) 2) Having the USB ports so close to easily spillable hot liquid on a mains connected device is crazy and 3) The design doesn't account for proper ventilation, which could lead to overheating and pose a fire hazard, especially with multiple devices charging simultaneously. The USB charger isn't even that good (and why is it limited on a mains powered device?). Yes it works but it's slow! It took an age to get anything even remotely considered working (my smart watch only got to about 25% after about 4 hours). I'm not sure why you would even need a USB charger on a coffee warmer designed for desks in the first place. You can plug your device into the computer to charge it or buy a dedicated plug (which is safer). It's just a pointless contrivance.Lastly, for the price it should at least come with a cup or mug.As a warmer it works fine. As a USB charger, yeah just don't bother!

Works great
This thing does what it is supposed to do. However, it just doesn't keep your coffee warm, it keeps it HOT!!! And the convenient 2 charging usb ports are a plus. My only gripe is that I wish it had some type of indicator showing that the plate is still hot when it is powered off. You can burn yourself if you're not aware.

Hot and Ready
What can I say? Does exactly as I need it to do. Super helpful when sitting at my desk, grinding away, on a cold day, and wanting to keep my coffee hot, so I don't have to keep getting a fresh cup because the last one went cold too fast, and I don't reheat coffee.
